Attention à savoir avant de réserver chez Tilou : Lorsque vous réservez aucun retour de confirmation, ensuite lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant le portail, personne n'était présent pour nous ouvrir. Le portail s'ouvre avec un code non communiqué lors de la réservation. Nous avons fait plusieurs appels téléphonique vers la propriétaire sans succés, le numéro portable nous indique une boite messagerie saturée, donc pas de possibilité de laisser un message, et le numéro fixe noté sur la pancarte publicitaire à l'entrée est "non attribué" !!!! nous étions prêts à téléphoner à la gendarmerie, quand après 45 mn la propriétaire s'est manifestée en nous disant qu'elle ne nous attendait pas !!!! problème de résa ! mais par contre elle a bien noté l'encaissement ! Sur le panneau publicitaire elle met en avant une conciergerie 7j/7 de 6h à 22 h !!! PAS SERIEUX ! A fuir ! Pour info le petit resto de chez Christelle "Coté sud" est très bon et un super accueil (à coté du spar de giens à 5 mn à pied de Tilou)
