My recent stay at Radisson Blu Hyderabad Banjara Hills was extremely disappointing. Despite checking in at 4 pm, basic amenities such as medicines were not provided upon request, and I was instructed to purchase them myself at 2 am. This lack of care for guests' needs is unacceptable for a reputed five-star hotel. Furthermore, the pool area was overcrowded due to a swimming summer camp, resulting in a poor experience for hotel guests. The lack of cooling in the pre-function area added to the discomfort. Additionally, the restriction on daytime visitors to the room until I insisted otherwise was frustrating. The unprofessionalism extended to the staff, who were more focused on littering than assisting guests. A check-in time of 4 pm for someone who arrived at 2 pm is simply unacceptable. Overall, the experience fell short of the standards expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Food is very delicious, number of varieties are more and tasty. Chef Ramsharan service was good. Sweets and deserts was good. Non veg items have huge varieties and tasty. Live counter is also available with variety of veg and non veg items. Overall nice experience.

Delicious food at breakfast and had a great stay at Radisson blu hyderabad especially the buffet is huge spread and especially I would thanks to chef tarak and team the service was very excellent and i suggest everyone to visit and i will visit again when i reach Hyderabad again

Positive: A very nice hotel with very spacious rooms. Food at the restaurants are very good. Chinmayee, ***ager at Holy Basil was friendly, polite and served my dinner promptly and with a smile. The Thai food was authentic and delicious. Negative: I had some unsatisfactory experience with the room. I arrive after 2 pm and my room was not ready. I was asked to wait in the restaurant and have tea. I had to pay for it. When I got my room, there was no tissues, no slippers, the room was hot and the safe was not working. They were attended to after several calls. One day at breakfast, I asked for a cup of black tea three times from three different persons all were wearing black suits ( I gather they were senior staff) and it never came and I had to leave for work without my morning cup of tea.
