I got in at 9:00pm and was waiting 15min to check in. Then they gave a room which was stinking and the AC was not working. I told them the AC was not working and they sent a technician and he said there is some problem with the AC. I asked them to change the room for which they said we don't have rooms. I raised a complaint and checked out at 10:15pm. Now the hotel is not refunding the amount for their mistake. I hardly stayed in the room for 10min only. Such bad is their service. Don't visit this hotel if you are looking for a decent place.

The hotel is good and hygienic. Buffet food here is fresh and tasty . Room service is excellent and staff are very calm and interactive!............. Rooms are very spacious and vibrant with proper facilities. Will recommend everyone to choose this hotel if they staying in Hyderabad. Sahid is very humble and experienced while talking with everyone.

The South Indian thali was a delightful experience! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. From the tangy sambar to the creamy payasam, each item had a unique taste that complemented the others perfectly. The use of spices was well-balanced, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The variety offered in the thali was impressive, making it a wholesome and satisfying meal.
