Good location: 10 minutes walk from Nampally Metro Station, 15 min from Railway station, Travel to Charminar is only 10 minutes by Auto or uber
Room facility : Seems bit old but hygienic and clean

The property is not value for the money. The staff is Not cooperative. Hotel takes on spot photographs while checking in which is not appropriate even after giving id proofs. The room TV was also not working properly. Hotel also charges for extra mineral water bottles.

During my stay at the Royalton Hotel in Abids, Hyderabad, from January 22nd to 24th, 2025, an incident occurred that left me shaken and questioning my safety. At around 11:30 PM on 23rd jan, I returned to my room, swiped the card key, and entered—only to find a stranger standing inside. Startled, I demanded, “Who are you, and what are you doing in my room?” The ***, visibly uneasy, stammered, “The manager sent me.” “At this hour?” I asked, trying to make sense of the situation. I immediately called the front desk, and their response was shockingly casual: “Sir, we tried calling your room’s landline, but there was no response, so we sent someone to check.” “Why didn’t you call my mobile?” I countered. The silence on the other end of the line was unnerving. As I stood there, the implications began to sink in. Why would someone enter my room so late at night? This didn’t feel like a simple misunderstanding. And the more chilling thought—what if I hadn’t returned at that moment? Or worse, what if I had been asleep? Would they have harmed me? This incident exposed a glaring failure on the part of Royalton Hotel. Their negligence in allowing someone into my room at such a late hour, coupled with their lack of accountability, made it clear that guest safety was not a priority. If you’re visiting Hyderabad, I strongly advise avoiding Royalton Hotel. While the Telangana police provided exceptional support, it’s better to stay in a place where your safety and privacy are respected from the outset.

It was great stay at royalton. In-house restaurant was also very good. Location is prime if you want to visit sightseeing around there. All famous locations are just 15 min away. Very convenient stay. We had a very good experience.
