Fairfield by Marriott Hyderabad Gachibowli

A four star hotel in Hyderabad. Room service is a bit inconvenient as they as you to pay then and there rather that when checking out at the reception. The Staff were helpful and kind. Small hotel room but clean and tidy. Basic amenities were available. Overall it’s a decent hotel.

This hotel has a 5* review and is a perfect hotel for travellers who are on business since this is near the Hitech Park in hyderabad. They have full amenities like a gym, spa, restaurant but there is only no pool. There were a few hiccups here and there but generally a great stay and comfy beds.

I stayed in #1028.The moment i checked in, Bathroom was in pathetic condition, shower cubical and door silicon has turned yellow which is mold, Entire chrome fixtures had hard water marks also sink tap is rusty and uncleaned, Bathroom mirror is tarnished,Toilet seat had urine marks from previous guest.Bathroom had only 1 hand towel on arrival, Both dustbin liner and inside were uncleaned.Window ledge was full of dust .There is a channel for sheer curtain but sheer curtain is missing.Above mentioned feedback needs immediate attention and correction. I had also requested during the booking in special request that i am celebrating my 1st anniversary and i was expecting a surprise setup in the night when i came back to the hotel however nothing was done and not even turndown was given to the room upon asking at the reception at around 1am (08/06/24) it was told that we do not give turndown service to the same day arrival room and when asked about my special request for 1st marriage anniversary , it was told that i will check and come back to you but did not get any call which was very unprofessional.Being a Marriott brand This is really unacceptable and unprofessional.kindly look into it and find ways to improve as it really needs better understanding about the job. Guest handling was not upto the standard Thank you

The rooms are good. I would like to appreciate the room service that has been very punctual and diligent with their work. Harsh Pandey and Abbas were responsible for the room cleaning and they used do an amazing job. The In-room dining facility was nice it took only 20 minutes maximum to serve any order.

Amazing and comfortable place to stay. Very near to all the corporate offices and best place to stay if you visit for work. The golf view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was complementary and was really very good. Supportive and polite staff. Special mention to Kushi for her great work and follow up for feedback.

The experience was very good over here. Every one of them attended in a very good way and greet us each and every time. Also the receptionist staff was very helpful specially Rakhi and Pradeep and they were always available to us at each point of time as and when required. It was one of the good experiences of my stays in the property and i enjoyed my stay over here.

Often use this hotel. Service is good and very convenient comfortable to to stay staffs are kindness. The food is good delicious and would appreciate the staff service Rakhi Hari Priya it’s really good to see so efficient staff. Love the place and city. Will visit again and stay with Fairfield family. The stay was pleasant and non troublesome at all. Staff is cooperative and food is delicious and spread is small and nucenice . Cherry on the top is the sweet gesture on your check out day, where you get served with Brownie. Thanks to Rakhi Priya And Hari

I had a very good stay. Excellent service from the hotel. Well maintained rooms and property Staffs are very good and helpful front office team Rakhi. They are very polite and hospitable. Room and housekeeping was perfect. Food was good. No complaints!
