It’s a very old property, secondly construction is going on in this hotel with drill so you are not able to rest or do your computer or calls work during the day time.
Business travelers should avoid this hotel for next 2 months.

In spite of reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, I took the risk of booking and staying here, looking at the photos and location. It is a good location, but the cleanliness was bad, the room had a very bad smell, it was like suffocating. The reception staffs were very slow and they were not able to communicate a simplest requirement. If anyone wants to take risk like me and want to stay here, then it is up to you. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing stay at this impeccable place. I stayed with friends for a few days at this hotel and I must say the staff is very helpful and kind. Specially Narender Malavath has helped us manage everything smoothly and nicely during our stay. Im sure he is a great asset to the hotel to make visitors stay and that makes an amazing experience.

Great staff and good service. Event went without hearing "no" for a reason for any request. They are polite and courteous towards all my guest. They took care of the event as their own. Thank you so much Katriya and team. I would definitely do my family events in the future over here and will recommend.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The dining options were diverse and delicious, making every meal a delightful experience. I can't wait to return for another memorable getaway

It's a good stay and staff are helpful to get all requests. Food taste is specially breakfast. Highly recommend this place with good location in the center of the city. Quite good transport available to reach anywhere. Nearby places are good for visit.

Beautiful Hotel with large banquets halls , we had a gathering of 500 people at their banquet hall ! Set up was beautiful and the food and service was marvellous Rooms are good and interiors are authentic ! Front office was quick and the housekeeping is the best ! Well recommended Thank you

There is lot of confusion in chekin time .. we have waited in reception for hrs to get rooms checked in initially they said not allowed girls after some discussion, they agreed to allow.and in all room fridges r not working even after informing also they told it's a common problem in all rooms,please give clear instructions to management if we provide all persons I'd prrof may be girl or boy they should allow as per law.
