Courtyard Cape Cod Hyannis

Very nice inside. Clean and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Don't let the old looking outside fool you. Tip - put up a welcome sign for Cape Cod outside. Everything was good inside. Very nice pool. Skip the cafe food. Plenty of restaurants.

Hotel was in a half decent location for our trip, we stayed 2 nights, had an evening meal on one of the days and breakfast which was good. The waiting on staff were not as welcoming as I have come to expect in the states however the front desk/reception were really pleasant. Ample parking available and right next to a mall

I like this place. Newish, clean, nice pool that’s heated (indoors), near the mall, and great people working here at the front desk, cafe, maintenance, cleaning, etc. Nice people. It’s not on the beach but it’s convenient to a lot of things though.

The woman at the desk was extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. (I wish I got her name). The room was clean, the location was perfect. There are so many great restaurants and shopping options around the area. The pool was a little cold, but still not un-swimable. I would definitely come back!

The lobby and room were both very clean. Evening and morning staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, located close to restaurants and shopping. The king room was a great size. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area.

Cape Cod is full of lovely little twee guest houses in picture perfect towns - and then there's the Marriott Courtyard Hyannis! I don't want to be too mean - and I think that if you are looking to stay at a CY, you know what you're in for. This place is actually brilliantly located along the main highway - and right next door to a Target. There are steps from the hotel driveway right into Target - so if you've forgotten anything - ANYTHING - you can just walk next door and get it. The ***** mall next to Target also has a vast array of decent food options. Aside from this, the hotel has plenty of car parking as is a requirement on the Cape. The room I stayed in overlooked a garden portion of the hotel and was calm and quiet. Housekeeping is performed daily which is a rarity these days given that so many other hotels have cut back following COVID. I chose the $20 F&B credit. I have to be honest and say that it is not best used for breakfast at the hotel's cafe given the ridiculous prices that are charged there. For a tiny packet of cereal I was to pay more than $6. This is silly pricing. The credit is best used at the small little sundries shop next to the reception desk for everyday snacks and drinks which although still pricey, are not a blatant rip off. The staff were friendly to me and my family each morning - always engaging and sincere in their welcome. We were particularly lucky with the weather during the week of my visit and it made me want to return to the area in the future - whether I will be brave enough to venture away from the CY will depend on the price!

Better experience than I expected. Joanna at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful - from helping us get our room set up with a rollaway bed to checking in daily to see how our trip was going. She was fantastic!

Lobby and room were clean and the staff were all helpful Loud in wall AC unit Water pressure in the shower sucks Coffee at the Bistro is terrible. Some of the food items were decent Gym is tiny (didnt realize until later the picture of their gym is a mirror) and during the summer its hard to get into You can walk to target/the mall if you need anything however walking to anything else and you are fighting some busy roads. Would stay again for business but probably not if I was vacationing

Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable hotel. We stayed here overnight and had zero complaints. The staff were all very welcoming too. We didn’t eat at the hotel. I did use the gym which was fine. No free coffee in the lobby. We would stay here again.
