5 STARS!!! I would give it 10 if the ratings allowed. We were greeted and treated as though we were royalty…every day of our stay including returns from our daily excursions. The staff and team were ALWAYS amazing and the food was excellent! No wonder Mbano Manor is listed in Time Magazine as THE 5-star Boutique Hotel to stay in when visiting Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls (one of the 7 Greatest Wonders of the World or when traveling! I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

What an incredible experience! Each villa feels like plush living in the middle of the jungle with every intricate and luxurious detail. The staff was extremely welcoming and ensured that we were well taken care of.

A very peaceful setting, close to the town, the falls and the airport. Staff was lovely, rooms were big and I enjoyed the dinners at the restaurant. The cauliflower steak is a must try!

What a beautiful and unique boutique hotel! Loved bringing my Travellingguy group here and between the friendly and super efficient staff and the delightfully designed and furnished rooms…. I cannot say a bad word! I look forward to bringing my next guests here as well .

Mbano Manor Hotel is a very nice boutique hotel in an area of Victoria Falls that is all relatively new. The grounds are nicely landscaped with a natural feeling. The rooms are spacious, but not expensively so. The mosquito netting over the beds is a very nice touch. The bathroom is relatively cramped and for a hotel that is only five years old, there was excessive wear, lack of maintenance, and, particularly in the showers, lack of thorough cleaning. We had one room where the air conditioning unit was not functioning well enough to cool the broom, and the hotel management made an attempt to repair it. When that was unsuccessful, they switched us to a different suite. The complementary breakfast was outstanding as was the service. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. The maintenance issues and lack of cleanliness in the showers prevented us from giving us otherwise fine hotel five stars.
