Money was stolen from my room, which is absolutely unacceptable in any establishment that claims to offer security. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, the hotel has completely ignored my complaint. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue una completa decepción. Beyond the theft, the hotel demonstrated a complete lack of ethics: they denied me the meals and activities that had already been paid for in advance. Even though my reservation included everything, the staff insisted that I only had breakfast, and I was denied my meal upon arrival, which was entirely their mistake. Stunning!! Serene and the spot to be!! The best welcome we’ve ever received and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and we had a perfect night’s sleep. So much to do (not just see the Falls). Highly recommend for couples or families.
