Amazing place, one of the best we stayed at during your tour of Iceland. Hot tubs and breakfast included were a bonus.

The room was clean, the service was very good, and the breakfast was good. It was a good choice for a day break. I accidentally broke a glass and I was not asked to compensate. I forgot my power bank and called the hotel to find it quickly.

Busy with short stay tourist parties Meals are in house ( it is out of town) and timed to accommodate the numbers of diners Dinner on each of the two nights was fresh, varied and excellent with veggie options Miserable receptionist on arrival but they were very busy and all the rest were fine Buffet breakfast, the usual international stuff with bonus points for Peanut Butter and excellent home made bread. Comfy spacious rooms and good disabled access Like all Icelandic hotels, notices everywhere inform us REMOVING FOOD FROM THE BREAKFAST BUFFET IS A CRIME COOKING IN BEDROOMS ATTRACTS A HUGE FINE

Me & my family visited the restaurant over easter weekend. Relaxed atmosphere & excellent service (Marcin & Salem). We had an amazing three course meal, shrimp, lamb & lava cake. Delicious flavors with fresh Icelandic ingredients Highly recommend!

To start off the food was absolutely appalling, rice tasted like cardboard and there was no selection only a basic option of chicken and rice which somehow they got wrong. The jacuzzis we looked forward to using were dirty and had no water. Staff were rude and not helpful. Only positive was the rooms and the shower was terrible if your looking for somewhere to sleep it will do but everything else was less than bare minimum

Awful. Got here, staff unfriendly, stuck in the past, used plaster in toilets, sevice awful, food inedible, chicken raw, stinks of potatoes, empty hottubs, windows broken, stains on wall, stains on bedsheets, not happy at all, will not come back ever.

Very confortable room / beds / pillows. Water kettle and hardryer available in the room, which is no local standard. TV. Well heated. Clean. Well illuminated bathroom. Coffee and tea available in the hall. Inhouse restaurant, 2 hot pots, bar. Supermarket nearby. Unfortunately, the shower system does not work: if you are lucky, you only need to wait for ages until hot water is available. If you are not lucky, you will have to wait for your next hotel to have a shower. This was not only my experience here. For this reason, I drastically reduced my rating: had it been possible to have a shower here, this hotel would have been rated 3 points.
