I booked a room in advance. When I went there that day, the accommodation was in a mess. The front desk didn't even register the room number. They gave me the room key for someone else's room. I was asked to disturb other guests in the middle of the night. I was later moved to another room. When I moved in, I found it was clean. The room has not been cleaned, the toilet is very dirty, and the cleaning staff comes to clean it in the middle of the night. Oh, it’s hard to explain. The key is that it affects the mood of the exam the next day😭😭😭
