首先前台女的 服務很差 欠她幾百萬似的 拉着個苦瓜臉 問啥都不説沒有一點服務的態度 ***垃圾
然後走廊沒燈 烏漆麻黑 房間的電視也不能看 最主要是的是 毛巾有一股子刺鼻子的味道 很嗆人

目睹餐具清洗不符合標準，更別説有餐具消毒程序了。向前台提出了意見，建議餐飲部對餐具清洗及消毒流程嚴格落實相關規章制度。但前台迴應不會她管，讓我給餐飲部説。難道前台的職業範圍裏沒有向領導反饋住客意見的責任嗎？難道住客的意見得住客親自電話總經理或者是衞生監管部門嗎？

服務態度差到極點了，退房的時候説我煙頭在地毯上燙了個洞，討論了半天讓賠償，我説我上去看去，結果衹説了另一個房的，一句道歉話沒有，那態度像我欠了她幾百萬似的，太噁心了！

比較乾淨。打掃及時。樓下也有麪館。砂鍋刀削麪15帶一個🥚蛋。不錯。樓下有公交車，旁邊有汽車站。離商區也不是很遠。
