It is said to be the best hotel in downtown Huzhou. After checking in, I feel that it meets the standards of a star hotel. The location is good and it is convenient to take a taxi. The lobby is quite large, the staff are also very polite, handsome men and beautiful women, and someone will help to lift the luggage and open the door when taking a taxi. The hygiene is OK. The hotel has been around for a long time and some equipment and decoration are aging, which is understandable. The renewal fee is relatively high, and some references are given to other guests who need to renew their rooms. We have the right to check out temporarily until two o'clock, and need to renew until five o'clock. Three hours are directly charged according to half a day's room rate. Although I don't understand, the staff just do things according to the regulations, which is not a complaint. Let me talk about the problem: First, sound insulation. The sound insulation of the star hotel is the same as that of the express hotel. The normal conversation of the people next door can be heard clearly here, and the TV seems to be playing on my forehead. I don't know why I thought I was staying at Huazhu. Second, there is a communication problem between the hotel departments. I had already told the hotel that I wanted to renew my room in the morning and paid all the fees, but the cleaning staff still used their card to open the door in the afternoon. I had just finished taking a shower and was getting dressed. I was very speechless. After learning that I had renewed my room, they asked me to come in and clean first. What do I want to ask? Did I pay for a room just to see the hotel clean it? I hope the hotel will strengthen training and communication, and not put the blame on the cleaning staff.

Environment: The hotel has a large piece of land with a bamboo forest, divided into the North and South Lakes, 5 hot spring pools, and various parent-child activity areas. If the weather is good, it's quite pleasant to walk around. Maybe because the hotel just opened last year, some of the buildings on the north side are still relatively vacant. Maybe there will be more activities when spring comes. Service: It's quite fragmented. Let me first say that the hotel has its own ground parking lot, and then a sightseeing bus will take you to the front desk or the building where you are staying. I came back very late and the masters at the booth were all on duty. I parked the car and the sightseeing bus drove over. They responded very quickly. The restaurant waiters seemed to be poorly trained. I encountered them two or three times. They didn't know how to use the various coupons. The afternoon tea set was also missing something, at least the salmon tartare was missing. Because the hot spring was not open, there were also some unclear points about the use of the compensation meal coupons. But the attitudes are all very good, and you will also meet people who are eager to introduce the special features of breakfast. The room attendants and cleaners in the public areas will pay special attention and pause the machines to wait when guests pass by. When you meet the room attendant in the corridor, you will greet him/her warmly. However, after staying for three days, during the cleaning on the second day, some of the supplies were missing. It would have been fine if they didn't provide tea leaves and slippers, but they didn't even provide floor towels. Then the hotel did not provide body lotion. Facilities: The air conditioning in the room is OK, but the restaurant and public areas are a bit cold. I guess there are not many people now, so to save energy, the central air conditioning is not turned on. The toilet is smart and has many functions. The hair dryer is a Dyson and there is a capsule coffee machine. The shower room and basin make strange noises after use. I live in Building 2. Food and Beverage: There are not many types of breakfast, but the special features are the Wumi Rice and Changxing Dry Noodles that you can make yourself. Chinese food, cold dishes are good, the taste is OK, but a bit salty for me.

I was lucky to meet the front desk lady Yueyue when I stayed at Kaiyuan this time. She upgraded the room when she saw that my son had a bad foot. After adding V, she actively followed up and told me about the nearby places to eat and have fun. She also actively helped me solve the problems I encountered later. She sent fruit snacks when she saw that my child was not in good health. I was really touched. The breakfast in the hotel is great and rich in variety. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Next time I come to Changxing, I will stay in the hotel again.

The hotel is located next to the Bamboo Expo Park, which is actually not superior, because the Bamboo Expo Park is a very small attraction. The hotel does not have any advantages except that the restaurant on the 11th floor can overlook part of the scenery of the Bamboo Expo Park. On the contrary, there are not many dining options nearby 2. Service, the front desk for check-in is obviously well-trained, and the children over 120 are given free They gave me a panda toy, breakfast, and a ticket to the Naughty Boys on the first floor (I later found out that they were not worth giving 🤣), and added WeChat. They gave me children's toothbrush and slippers, etc. I thought the hotel service seemed very good. 3. I was dumbfounded after checking into the room. It was just a business hotel with a quick hotel configuration. There was no balcony in the resort hotel. I quickly checked and found that it might be because the room type I booked only had luxury but no ”garden view”. The feeling of vacation disappeared instantly. As for the facilities, except for a mirror in the bathroom, the table against the wall in the bedroom was blank and there was no mirror. The bathroom looked relatively new, but there was a clear smell of sewage and no makeup mirror. 4. Breakfast on the second day was the most outrageous. The front desk said that the view of breakfast on the 11th floor was very good and I was looking forward to it. As a result, the hotel was fully booked on May 1st. Maybe it had never received so many people. We started queuing from the moment we took the elevator to the 11th floor. It was obvious that there was no seat available. The restaurant front desk did not give any instructions and kept letting people in without guiding them to their seats. Bao's father took the child to find a seat while I went to get the meal. I saw that there were long queues for staple foods such as fried eggs, pan-fried dumplings, and noodles. I quickly squeezed through the crowd and got some food that did not require long queues (actually there were not many and there were very few varieties). After squeezing out of the crowd with great difficulty, Bao's father still hadn't found a seat. The three of us stood stupidly for a long time. Finally, a table of guests finished their meal and I called the waiter to clean up. Both of them were very polite, but their faces showed fatigue and impatience. Later, a young waiter kept saying sorry to me for keeping you waiting and I would wipe the table for you. Then he casually wiped the table twice and left. The table was not clean at all, which shocked us, so we had to take out napkins and wipe it ourselves. Later, I spent about 20 minutes queuing up for three fried eggs. When I came back, the children had finished their cold fried rice. I really didn't want to queue up again, so I just had two bites and left. None of the three of us were full. I heard the father of the baby at the next table persuade the child who didn't want to eat Shengjian: This is what your mother queued up for with great effort, but it's delicious and you must have a bite! I saw that the breakfast cost 88. I personally think that even if there is no queue, it is not rich in variety. It is just a very ordinary breakfast. However, it is also possible that there are many people and I didn't see it. The restaurant is not big. There is an outdoor part for viewing. The outdoor scenery is not bad, but there are few seats 5. The one-time ticket for the naughty castle given by the front desk, I thought it was a luxurious inflatable castle when I saw it was a single time, but it turned out to be a children's playground that all five-star hotels have, with ocean balls, and game consoles, etc., and the scale is very small. This kind of thing is not available to guests staying in the hotel at any time and requires a ticket. It was surprising. The child went in and played for a while and came out because it was too small. 6. Maybe it was because the money was not worth it and the experience was not very good. The front desk butler who added me on WeChat asked me about my stay experience, and I told him the truth, but interestingly, there was no more. I just hope I don’t give too low a score. I think I should write it here. As a platinum member who has stayed in many hotels, I still hope to give other guests who want to stay here some sincere advice as objectively as possible. This is definitely not a parent-child hotel, nor a resort hotel. It is what a 500-600 hotel should be like. It is not worth it if it exceeds this price. Anji is very beautiful. I think it is more suitable to find a resort hotel to lie down.
