Huzhou Wuxing District 5-star Hotels

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

Location next to the lake and waterfront area makes for amazing viewsand convenience. Rooms and the hotel are well designed. Breakfast buffet is not bad but could offer more protein options. The staff are quite accomodating especially Ms Anne Li who works front of house. She really goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and thought about.

Because I did not read the reservation rules carefully, I found that the desired check-in date was shorter than three days when I made the reservation. Within three days, I contacted Ctrip customer service and successfully made a reservation for the desired check-in date. When I checked in at the manor, I added the butler Xiaoshang WeChat for full-service WeChat service. I got a souvenir and the whole hotel stay was very pleasant. The shuttle bus was on call and the hotel staff were super nice. I will come back next time.

South Taihu Villa is a surprise gain from this trip to Huzhou. It is a very cost-effective resort. After checking in, she specially helped us with our luggage and took us to the room. She also gave us the supplies we needed and asked the housekeeper to Added our WeChat to better serve us. The location of the villa is very good, halfway up the mountain. It is quiet and comfortable, with a beautiful environment. You can see Moon Bay (Sheraton Hotel) outside the window, and you can also see the dimly lit scenery such as the Rainbow Bridge at night. The villa also has a Taihu Tower on the top of the mountain. The villa has a special battery car to transport guests to the top of the mountain. You can have a panoramic view of the lake, mountain and city by climbing to the fifth floor of the Taihu Tower. For those with good legs and energy, it is also very comfortable and eye-catching to walk along the mountain road. In short, I personally feel that South Taihu Villa is a very cost-effective place for vacation and leisure during non-holidays.

The hotel is in a good location, next to Intime, and the parking lot is underground. If you report your license plate number to the front desk before leaving, you can get free parking; The hotel's breakfast options are also good, but we are here to watch a concert this time. It is said that they are all the same, so at 9:30 the next day for breakfast, there was still a long queue waiting for a seat (all of them slept in). I asked the waiter to get the uneaten breakfast. The packing box is also very refreshing, unlike the Pan Pacific Hotel in Ningbo where I had to ask around to find out the room number and the number of people! I also recommend the ”Doctor's Coffee” on their coffee machine, it tastes very good👍 But what I want to complain about is that the hotel does not provide hand sanitizer/hand soap, saying it is environmentally friendly... Then aren't your toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel provided? If you need it, ask the waiter to deliver it, but I called the express service number at 11 o'clock in the evening, and no one answered it for 2 minutes. I had to tell the front desk about this situation, because the service could not come and it would take 30 minutes to deliver it... Fortunately, there is shower gel, but it is very inconvenient to wash your hands and get in and out of the shower! Hope there will be a better environmental situation!

This hotel is really nice! The transportation is convenient, the parking is convenient, and the service is very good. Xiao Cai at check-in and Xiao Feng at check-out are both very nice! The room is quite big, very clean, with complete equipment and supplies, the TV set-top box is powerful, and the shower and air conditioner are also very comfortable. There are many types of breakfast, good service, and plenty of time. Downstairs is the pedestrian street of supermarkets and shopping malls. Shopping and ordering takeaways are also very good! Next time I come to Huzhou, I will choose this hotel as my first choice!

We chose the hotel because it has a large pool and is located less than 2 hrs from Shnaghai. We were lucky and got an upgrade and could go to the room already in the morning. Late check out was also possible. Service (English speaking at the front desk, restaurant and bar) was courteous. Breakfast with little western selection, but bread&croissants were good. Overall quality also ok. The facilities were clean and spacious. We will probably go there again soon for a weekend trip.

There was a dedicated butler who would contact us in advance to inform us of the route and surrounding facilities. After we arrived, the butler helped us check in. The playground on the first floor is not big in a parent-child hotel, but the children can have fun in it all day long. It is good to free the parents' hands. There is a bonfire party on the lawn at night. There is a special person in charge to help order songs. The atmosphere is full. At first, they forgot to send us welcome fruit snacks. Later, the butler apologized and sent us two. In fact, it was just for taking pictures. There is a ”Dragon Infestation Park” near the hotel. Except for the small train, all other projects are played by manpower. It's okay. After all, 39.9 can be happy for an afternoon. It's worth it, but it's not recommended for older children. There's nothing fun. The car should be parked in the parking lot outside. The roadside near the gate will be covered with double-sided tape by local villagers. We scraped the adhesive for a long time on both cars. Here comes the point. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is very well-received. It is said that the chef from Hunan Province cooks the dishes that really suit our appetite. This is one of the few Chinese restaurants in the hotel that can cook dishes so deliciously. 👍Finally, a suggestion is to put up an entrance sign at the national road intersection of the navigation planning route. The intersection is too small and easy to miss. If you miss it, you have to turn around one kilometer ahead. By the way, the hotel has poor sound insulation, especially for those who live on the third floor parent-child floor, because there are children, and those who have trouble sleeping must bring earplugs.
