Hotels in Taihu National Tourism Resort/Taihu Lake Longemont Paradise, Huzhou

The hotel is on the island in the scenic area. It takes 15 minutes to take the hotel's cruise ship. The scenery along the way is good. There are two rooms on the island. We live in a small room with a separate pool under the mulberry forest in the yard. It is very warm and quiet. The living room is large. No one disturbs it is equivalent to enjoying the villa suite. The housekeeper was really warm and meticulous. After checking in in the afternoon, I went to the cafe on the island next to the hotel for afternoon tea. The large lawn of the cafe was in a good environment, because there were tourists in the scenic spot, but the coffee was delicious. I heard that there were high-altitude fireworks on Saturday over the island. Unfortunately, we didn’t have it that night. In the morning, we went to the scenic spot and walked around. The water and scenery of the wetland were good. Every island was not big. It felt good to walk. The housekeeper also took us to take a motorboat to feed the black swan. The hotel is for 2 rooms. With a chef alone, booking meals is very serious, and taking care of our tastes. There are really not many hotels with this feature and service, praise!

Xiaomei Mountain is clearly visible in the distance, and the harmonious blend of mountains and water creates an exceptionally captivating and immersive landscape. The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely cared for, which added a wonderful warmth to our entire stay. Overall, from its unique architectural beauty and superb vantage points to its excellent service, our entire trip was incredibly satisfying.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Very satisfactory hotel, connected to the mall, directly connected to the mall, very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The room is spacious, warm and clean, the facilities and equipment are very new, and the family suite is very cost-effective. Check-in was quick, Xiao Cai received warmly, the service was polite, and the requests were responded to in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

The biggest surprise is the hotel's service. This time I stayed in the villa. The hotel provides butler-style service. The Tina who serves us will inform the details of the stay, the location of the hotel, etc. one day in advance, which is convenient for staying. Especially when I ordered takeaway at check-in, the hotel will send someone to the residence (ordered several times 😅), the service of the five-star hotel is really different. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also good, the variety is rich, the omelets are delicious 😋.

Stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. It is a state guesthouse, so the environment is beautiful, and it is the best location to appreciate the Moon Hotel. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a good service attitude. He will take the initiative to ask if there is anything needed every day, and also introduce the projects of Dragon Dream Park in detail. The driver of the hotel battery car is very nice and took us to Taihu Tower to see the scenery. The level of travel photography in the hotel is good, and the relatives are very satisfied. The hotel is not far from Dragon Dream Park. The zoo, the big circus, and the ancient town are all very fun, and the two performances are also very exciting. Let me talk about some minor flaws. The breakfast is not very rich, the taste is relatively ordinary, and there is no freshly squeezed juice. The small wontons and pan-fried buns are not bad. The three large bottles in the bathroom are stuck in the wall and cannot be pressed. The countertop and the bridle are too far away from people and are inconvenient. The red and blue marks of hot and cold water on them are only the size of rice grains, and the elderly cannot see them clearly. Overall, it is quite good and I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel is located in the mountains, winding up, with a cool breeze. Although it is a little inconvenient to travel, a shuttle bus is provided, and the service is very considerate. The room has a small balcony facing the lake view with a wide view. In addition, the hotel is also very close to Moon Bay. It is very pleasant to take a walk. If there is a chance, I will choose to drive here.

We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.

This hotel left a deep impression on people, with an elegant environment and a modern yet warm design. The room is spacious and bright, with high floor height and exquisite decoration. The bed is very comfortable and allows people to completely relax. The hotel's facilities are complete. The gym, chess and card room, bar and soup pool are all kept very clean. It is a good place for relaxation and leisure. The breakfast is also very special, rich in content and fresh ingredients. The hotel's service staff are professional and friendly, always smiling and able to solve problems in a timely manner. Overall, this is a highly recommended, high-quality hotel with great value for money. The hotel is very close to Taihu Lake, Moon Bay and Fisherman's Wharf, and is close to the landmark building of Moon Bay. The hotel is particularly elegant and refined, very stylish and has a high-end feel. The staff's attitude is very friendly, and the hotel staff are considerate every step of the way. The hotel room is spacious, the bath water is large, the bedding is very comfortable, and the lighting is soft. The hotel is right on the roadside of Taihu Lake, very close to Taihu Ancient Town and Wuyue Plaza, and has a complete range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

The hotel rooms and facilities are good, and the double bed in the parent-child room also meets the children's expectations. The hotel butler Lai Dongdong reminded us of all the activities in a timely manner and provided thoughtful service without missing any. On the last day, I left early and the hotel even helped pack breakfast. However, the configuration and process of the surrounding entertainment facilities still need to be improved, especially during national holidays when there are many people visiting the park, the experience is not good enough.
