Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The lobby is beautiful and so is the entire hotel. Really liked our big tub in our room, automatic curtains, lake view, and rainfall shower. There is an outdoor pool, but it was still cold season so it wasn’t open, but I imagine it would have been great. We used the indoor pool, which was heated and had a nice view of the lake. We ordered room service dinner the first night. The prices were the same as the restaurant and arrived in about 30 minutes. Nice job! The taste was ok, not amazing but for the price I won’t complain too much. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They always tried to give me staff who could speak English even though I didn’t need it. They gave us a tour of our room when we checked in and whenever I called the front desk to ask for anything, they brought it to our room immediately. Absolutely wonderful service The only negative I have is about the food itself at the hotel buffet restaurant (the other restaurants were closed at the time so we only ate at the buffet in the lobby). The buffet dinner is roughly 300rmb per person on a weekday and includes alcohol. The choice of food and quality was honestly not even worth 100rmb in my opinion, but I also hold the hotel at high standards. I’ve never seen an international dinner buffet with no bread before. Though to be fair, the majority of guests were Chinese ayi’s at the time and it was off season, so perhaps they adjusted the food to their taste, not that of a foreigner. Lastly, the hot spring facility was good. It’s actually at the neighboring hotel, but they give you a free golf cart ride there and back. There’s changing rooms. The hot springs are actually indoor with a glass ceiling (that you can’t see through). There are a TON of hot springs, definitely more than usual. I didn’t count but I think I saw more than 15 or 20 different pools. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is people were smoking in the hot springs and it really pissed me off.

The room has a great view and is very quiet. The pillows are very comfortable to sleep at night. The disadvantage is that it was a rainy day when we went there, so we did not have a pleasant walk in the natural oxygen bar. The bathtub did not have disposable bath bags, which could be improved. I wanted to have a drink at the bar in the evening, and asked the staff if it was open until 8.30. I didn’t know why it was closed when I walked over at 7.30. I could only play with the wild ducks at the door for a while... There were welcome fruits in the room, free snacks, and a butler’s cabin. He was very patient and responded to messages very quickly. He even carefully sent us a few bottles of mineral water in the evening. Requesting a taxi from the room is also very fast, usually within one or two minutes. However, the taxi was stopped many times on the road and I don’t know why it kept stopping. The driver didn’t even ask where he was going and drove away. In the end, he had to talk to the housekeeper Xiaofang to get a taxi right away. . There are many small animals that you can interact with up close. The little raccoon and Humong are really super cute! The next day it was sunny and I saw a little monkey. My aunt let the monkey go home and coaxed her. For the first time, I thought the monkey was a little cute. Breakfast was in vain. The giraffe that the front desk told me the day before did not come out for breakfast also came out. It was a bit spicy to have breakfast with the ostrich and giraffe...but it did not affect the children's fun. As someone who frequents famous hotels all year round, I would give it a 7 out of 10. 10 points for the butler's cabin. Give the butler a thumbs up. Finally, when I was leaving and waiting for the bus, I found two pillows sunbathing on a stone pier by the side of the road, with white liquid on them. This was a bad impression.

This vacation at Nantaihu Villa in Huzhou left me with very good memories. The villa has a beautiful environment, with the surrounding green mountains and lakes complementing each other, and the scenery is pleasant. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had a distant view of the lake from the balcony. Bingbing's service was very attentive. She also enthusiastically introduced us to the attractions near the villa and recommended many interesting places to us. The weekend time at the villa is relaxing and comfortable, allowing us to relax and heal our fatigue after busy work. Thank you very much to Bingbing and all the staff at the villa for their service, which allowed us to enjoy an unforgettable vacation time in a picturesque environment. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to Nantaihu Villa and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. Turn right when you go out and you will find the scenic spot. It is very suitable to walk along the river and stop. I had stayed there before and knew there was an art museum. It had a quiet and quiet atmosphere, which was very nice. There are Republic of China-style clothes in the lobby on the first floor, so you can put them on for a special photo shoot. Friendly reminder, it’s nice to take pictures next to the bicycle at the door and in the corridor with stickers. The housekeeper Yu Tingfeng was kind, gentle and considerate. Knowing that there were elderly people traveling with us, she specially helped arrange a convenient floor room. I bought takeout and delivered it to the lobby. Sister Yu saw it delivered to the room and helped arrange a late check-out so that we could have lunch. It really makes people feel grateful. I also wish Sister Yu a happy new year. When you come to Nanxun Ancient Town, it’s really convenient to stay at this hotel. I recommend it.

I am very satisfied with the Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel in Dongwu, Huzhou. The hotel service staff are enthusiastic and professional. The lobby is luxurious and grand. The rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk is fast and efficient. The concierge provides enthusiastic service. The waiters Chen Aixuan and Huang Jufang provide enthusiastic service. The member center calls in advance with a smile. We asked about our needs and arranged a room with a good view for us. If we had any questions, we were always available and the service was attentive. Very convenient. The hotel has a strategic location, with Intime Department Store just outside the door. It is convenient to eat and drink. The hotel buffet has a rich variety of delicious dishes.

This hotel is really nice! The transportation is convenient, the parking is convenient, and the service is very good. Xiao Cai at check-in and Xiao Feng at check-out are both very nice! The room is quite big, very clean, with complete equipment and supplies, the TV set-top box is powerful, and the shower and air conditioner are also very comfortable. There are many types of breakfast, good service, and plenty of time. Downstairs is the pedestrian street of supermarkets and shopping malls. Shopping and ordering takeaways are also very good! Next time I come to Huzhou, I will choose this hotel as my first choice!

Location, rooms and swimming pool excellent. Children enjoyed very well during our stay. Other facilities maintenance should be done better. For example children outdoor playground out of service for now, carting cars look like old. Indoor activities should be improved with more option. Also dining in the hotel little expensive and menu very limited, do not have so much option. My kindly advice that, if hotel pay attention these points, guest can enjoy better in the hotel and do not neccassary to go outside of the hotel for daily necessities. Finally hotel stuff very helpfull and always in polite behaviour.

My friend and I had an incredible stay at one of the villas here. Yang, one of the English-speaking staff, was a wonderful host. When we arrived, he made sure the check-in process was a breeze, gave us a tour of the property and even made spa reservations for us. We loved relaxing in the hot springs (there are around 20 pools to chill out in!) which are included in the hotel price and located right on the property. The buffet breakfast was at the Sheraton, which is right beside the villas (this property and the Sheraton have the same owners). The breakfast spread was delicious and included a variety of western and Chinese options. The villa we stayed in was super spacious with comfy beds, living area and kitchen. All in all, we had an awesome weekend here and can't wait to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor pools. :)

The location of the hotel is very good. Butler Tian carefully arranged it and gave us a room upgrade. At the same time, the hotel has a lot of activities. I recommend cloisonné. The teacher explained the details in detail, and I experienced the process of intangible cultural heritage. There is also hiking on the Luyu Ancient Trail. The guide Alan is experienced and lively and enthusiastic, which adds a lot of fun to the hike.
