Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in. Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food. The view is amazing Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool facilities were alright The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour. The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

The room can see the panoramic view of the Moon Hotel (Huzhou Landmark Toilet Seat), and even the Dragon Dream Taihu Ancient Town Fireworks Show can be perfectly seen on the 5th floor of the Taihu Building in the villa. The hotel shuttle bus driver will send it to the door as soon as possible after booking the car. The service is superb. The front desk guys and girls are also very serious and responsible for the customers. They always ask if there is anything else they need. Choosing Nan Taihu Villa for this trip to Huzhou was the right choice. It is easy for one person to be good, but it is amazing when the whole team is strong. Unexpectedly good. I originally chose it because it was close to the ancient town. I didn't want to stay in a homestay for fear of poor hygiene, so I wanted to find a hotel. The service was very good, from the security guard helping to take the luggage from the car to the lobby manager and the front desk staff were all very warm and thoughtful. I especially thank the front desk and the housekeeper Yu Tingfeng for proactively informing me of the preferential policy that the room invoice can be exchanged for tickets, and the procedures were completed quickly. If there was a vacancy on the day, the room type was upgraded. The Republic of China style king bed room has a large space and a unique layout. My parents are very satisfied. Turn right when you go out and you will see the entrance to the ancient town and the cruise ship terminal. Such a convenient and warm hotel is worth recommending to every friend who comes to Nanxun Ancient Town.

The drive from Shanghai was smooth and we arrived at the hotel at 10:30. The front desk was very enthusiastic and the service was very thoughtful. The hotel room is quite large and the bathroom is very large. The room has a wide view and is very close to San Tiao Old Street, which is a 20-minute walk away. Not far downstairs is Xiangwang Park, where you can go for a stroll. It is also very convenient to eat, and the building opposite is Yintai Department Store. I came to Huzhou during the May Day holiday and didn't plan to go to any tourist attractions. It's relatively quiet here and not so crowded. There are small trains, lobster fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, children's outdoor playground, and outdoor water world (we didn't play because it wasn't very hot). The hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the Xishanyang Wetland, where there are peacocks, black swans, and flamingos. The children had a lot of fun feeding the black swans.

The housekeeper Xiao Ai provided very good service, proactive and enthusiastic. Two families booked a double bedroom, and there were many people. The breakfast on the first day may have run into a tour group, and many things were gone, so I didn't eat anything. The second day was very good and quite rich. The Moon Hot Spring is really great, the indoor hot spring looks like a mountain, and it takes into account the warmth and outdoor hot spring experience. The shuttle bus is available on call. It was very cold on the two days I went there. I was afraid that the shuttle bus would be very cold, but I found that there was a windshield, which was really considerate.

There is also a slide on the same floor of the hotel, which the children love. The surrounding environment is very good and the air is fresh. There are 5 floors inside, which is suitable for older children, 4 or 5 years old. We are still a little small, and we are quite scared of each slide. There is also a DIY room, which is free to play, and you can also pay to draw hats, clay dolls, canvas bags, etc., which is very interesting. Probably because it is Children's Day on June 1, there is a bonfire party in the evening, and the children can play games together and like it. Overall, it is very good in terms of entertainment, and I am very satisfied with this aspect. Let me talk about the minor shortcomings: in terms of facilities, 1. There is a problem with the air conditioning facilities in the room we stayed in. It was beeping and jumping randomly, and it couldn't be turned off. It was mainly at 6 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well, so I called to repair it. 2. Our toilet didn't work after flushing it for the second time. The water injection was very slow, and the master who came to repair it also said that there was a problem, but there was nothing he could do. The facilities in the room are average. It doesn't affect the children, so it doesn't matter. I feel that there are villas and so on being built in the back, and there should be many unfinished projects. I will come back to experience it next time~
