Booked a twin room for my husband on a business trip. The bed was big, the pillows were so soft, and the TV projection worked great. Unfortunately, it was windy and rainy that day, so we couldn't see much from the window. The male manager at the front desk was nice and lent us an umbrella. It's very close to Wanda, just a five or six minute walk away. The breakfast the next day was OK.

This treasure hotel must be given a five-star rating! The housekeeper Didi's service is so considerate. He contacted in advance to confirm the needs and specially arranged a view room in the main building. When you open the balcony door, you can have a panoramic view of the Huzhou landmark ”Moon Hotel”. The lights are bright and beautiful at night. The hotel has excellent hardware and software: the room is smart and comfortable, the breakfast is full of sincerity, and the authentic Huzhou flavor of Qianzhangbao awakens the taste buds in the morning; all staff are online, from the lobby to the restaurant, every employee has a warm smile and takes the initiative to greet you like a spring breeze. Before checking out, I also went to the Taihu Building to overlook the vast lake view, and the mountains and waters are intoxicating. Didi followed up carefully throughout the whole process, and has agreed to bring his family to experience the villa room next time. I believe that more surprises will be unlocked! Highly recommended to vacationers who pursue quality~

This is my third year of vacationing in Huixin Valley. Huixin Valley is surrounded by mountains and is a natural oxygen bar. It is a good place to go to Banwei. There is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at any time when you enter the resort. It comes in a timely and convenient way. It is suitable for traveling with children and the elderly. The housekeeper Xiaojuan is also very friendly and replies to messages in time. Last year we dug bamboo shoots and this year we picked tea, focusing on giving children a different experience. The breakfast is also very rich. I will consider coming for a vacation at a fixed season every year in the future.

The hotel is right next to the landmark Moon Bay Sheraton Hotel in Huzhou. All villas are villas. Each villa has a different design style. Suitable for family and group travel. The three-bedroom villa can accommodate six people. The yard is large, with a swimming pool and hot spring. There is a living room and kitchen on the first floor. It is quite wow to play cards, mahjong and watch TV. The housekeeper Tang Tang is very considerate and patiently introduces the villa facilities. Any questions are responded very quickly. A big thumbs up 👍. Wake up in the morning to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake, and then walk to Sheraton to enjoy a five-star breakfast. A perfect accommodation experience.

Environment: The environment is great, because it is in an attraction, and there are lawns everywhere where you can camp, walk your dog, and fish. You can take a walk by yourself, ride a bike, or take the hotel's shuttle bus, which is very convenient! There are black swans and alpacas at the south gate of the hotel. When you are tired, go to Yang Coffee for a cup of afternoon tea and feel comfortable!
Service: Butler-style service. If you need anything, just call the butler on your phone and the reply will be quick!
The puppies had a great time, and the hotel's travel photography was also very good. I also took beautiful photos of the babies and sent them to pyq. Everyone wanted to check in after seeing them😄

This hotel is not at all foreigner-friendly. Since I am vegetarian, I asked the restaurant to serve me something of my choice (which was included in my booking), but they refrained to do so, and even when I asked them to just give me salad, they charged me extra for that. I also asked if they could make me french fries, which is simple, but they didn't care and didn't provide me. The staff also guaranteed me to provide during breakfast, but the chef denied it. The food was not at all good. I booked it at the hotel so i don't have to go out in search of meal in different city but Not happy after paying so much.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort, which offers stunning architecture and decor, an inviting outdoor swimming pool, and excellent and relaxing hot springs. A special mention to Max Gu, the front desk employee, who speaks fluent English and is exceptionally kind and helpful- a true asset for welcoming international guests.
A few things need improvement: bath towels were quite used and the breakfast eggs station was too slow, indicating a need for more staff to help speed up the service.

the experience at giraffe manor was amaaaazing due to the awesome service provided as well as the spacious and clean rooms! there’s smart TV so we were well occupied for our 2 nights despite the foggy weather during our stay thus we felt rested after our midnight flight! thanks to 小张 for giving us timely updates, feedback or any help we required! awesome service, thank you! ❤️

MMochaaikafeiAnji is a good place for Hangzhou people to vacation. I have stayed at Banyan Tree, Indigo, and the now-defunct Alila. This time, I chose the newly opened Petrus for Yao Liang's birthday. The hotel carefully arranged the birthday decoration in the room. It is very girly. The room is large and has a casual style by the window. The bar is free and there is goodnight sweet soup. There is a super large book bar in the public area, and there is a sky lantern release activity at night, which is very special. The restaurant has a lot of wine. The lobby is the best place to take photos and check in. The open doors make the photographer feel like he is in the mountains and rivers. I love the incense in the bathroom, but it's a pity that the hotel doesn't have a gift shop.

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

HHowardFantastic 2-night stay at the Naked Castle. Perfect for a short getaway from surrounding big cities. Beautiful views from the cliffside suite. I prefer the cliffside suite vs. the 5 different themed castle room due to the large open layout of the suite and better views of the mountain. Staffs are super nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast (next to the pool) is good and the restaurant at the castle is great! Not a huge amount of amenities but that's ok since the purpose of going there is to relax. Used half a day to check out the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic areas. If you don't drive yourself, getting in and out with taxi requires a little bit of planning. Side of the property has two direct hiking trails to the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic area (easy hike) and Yu Cun (very challenging). Pro tip: make sure to bring anti-mosquito/bugs bite lotion/cream and also anti-itch lotion.
Special shout-out to Johnson, who really took care of us during our stay and the restaurant staff at the castle for their excellent service!

LLoushichenI really like the feeling of living in the mountains. Junlan Laozhuang Mountain is like a hidden wonderland. The moment I checked in, I found that there was a different world inside. We booked a loft room. When we opened the balcony door, we saw the tea mountain and green trees in front of us. We were awakened by the sound of birds in the morning. The weather was also great! The room was clean, with Herborist toiletries, welcome fruits for Ctrip members, and super good service from the housekeeper Jiashuai. This stay was great! I will bring my children here again next time!

There are activities for people of all ages, from young children to their parents.
The dishes offered at the Kikaboni restaurant are a fabulous blend of western and Chinese tastes, every one scrumptious! The ingredients at all of the restaurants are very fresh, because much of them are grown at the farm just across the road from the reception building. Every day, even through the winter, fresh produce is harvested from the well-organized greenhouses. The breakfast is extensive, with many options both western and Chinese to delight your palate and fill your stomach.
Finally, the decorations throughout the resort are unique and made of local materials, the result of an informal competition among the staff to make better and better artistic creations.
All in all, I highly recommend the Naked Stables Resort. You won't be disappointed.

First, the environment is amazing. It is located in the tea mountain. Each room is an independent small house with a small terrace where you can barbecue and cook. Lying on the bed, you can see the lush greenery outside. It is so full of life.
Second, the hotel offers many free activities.
There is horse riding (one order and one coupon for horse riding) to experience it. The horses are super big hahaha.
There is also tea picking, which is very healing. You can pick it slowly by yourself. The hotel staff will fry as much as you can pick and take it home. They will also tell you very carefully that you should not tie it after frying it. People with internal heat should drink it after two days. When the staff took us to the tea garden (very close to the hotel, 2 minutes), they also helped us pick it for a while!
There is also a bonfire at night! There are also fireworks! After the fireworks, the staff even took out fairy stick fireworks for us to play with! ! ! !
Finally, there is an activity at night, singing bowl therapy, the first time to experience this healing method. The teacher spoke very gently and taught us how to use it in daily life. He taught us for a while. Finally, we had a 40-minute healing session. It was very comfortable and cleansed our souls. We were all very sleepy after the session.
The hotel has two cute puppies, Wangcai and Wangzai, and two stuffed dolls, Mimi.
There are wind chimes hanging on the two lush trees at the entrance of the hotel lobby. Sitting under the trees, looking at the tea garden opposite, feeling the wind blowing on my body, and listening to the language of the wind chimes, I don’t think I should go back! #Tent B&B #IdealCampsite #Amway

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes

Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The view room was booked. The room was comfortable, clean and hygienic. There were toothbrushes and slippers for children, as well as welcome gifts. The children were very happy. The room can see the water dance show and some fireworks, which are still very shocking.
The housekeeper Xiao Zhi was very enthusiastic. He added WeChat one day in advance and informed the location of the hotel and the parking lot in advance, as well as various travel guides. The package did not include breakfast for children, and Xiao Zhi also took the initiative to give breakfast for children, which was really a surprise.
The breakfast variety is rich and the taste is great! If I have the opportunity to come to the ancient town again next time, I will continue to stay here.
