The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

It was a very pleasant travel accommodation experience. I always wanted to find a hotel near Taihu Lake in Huzhou, so I chose this Nan Taihu Villa based on the ratings. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, and the terrain is cleverly used. According to the navigation, I drove to the hotel parking lot, and then took the parking lot elevator to the lobby on the 7th floor. Then, by luck, the room was upgraded to a twin room with a view on the 5th floor, which is on the same floor as the breakfast restaurant, which is very convenient. Whether it is the guest room, the lobby or the restaurant, the decoration is very exquisite, luxurious and stylish. For guests, the sanitation of the guest room is a hard indicator. The room is very clean, and it is clean inside and out. The hotel breakfast is also varied, with many kinds of local snacks and Western pastries in Huzhou, and the taste is also very good. It is worth mentioning that the service, from the moment you enter the door, the staff is very enthusiastic to answer questions, very friendly to help with directions, and considerately provide toiletries. I especially want to mention the housekeeper Xiao Zhang, who contacted me two days before my stay and informed me of the route and various details in time. After I checked in, he also reminded me of the surrounding attractions and the weather and temperature that I needed to pay attention to. He is a great housekeeper. Overall, this experience was very comfortable. I personally think it is also an ideal vacation place that is very suitable for multiple stays. I will recommend it to friends and colleagues later.

I am quite satisfied with this hotel stay. I booked a pirate theme room, which is very suitable for a family with 2 children. It can be bunked and very fun. There is also a slide on the same floor of the hotel, which the children love. The surrounding environment is very good and the air is fresh. There are 5 floors inside, which is suitable for older children, 4 or 5 years old. We are still a little small, and we are quite scared of each slide. There is also a DIY room, which is free to play, and you can also pay to draw hats, clay dolls, canvas bags, etc., which is very interesting. Probably because it is Children's Day on June 1, there is a bonfire party in the evening, and the children can play games together and like it. Overall, it is very good in terms of entertainment, and I am very satisfied with this aspect. Let me talk about the minor shortcomings: in terms of facilities, 1. There is a problem with the air conditioning facilities in the room we stayed in. It was beeping and jumping randomly, and it couldn't be turned off. It was mainly at 6 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well, so I called to repair it. 2. Our toilet didn't work after flushing it for the second time. The water injection was very slow, and the master who came to repair it also said that there was a problem, but there was nothing he could do. The facilities in the room are average. It doesn't affect the children, so it doesn't matter. I feel that there are villas and so on being built in the back, and there should be many unfinished projects. I will come back to experience it next time~

Although the KTV was a little faulty at the beginning, the boss quickly helped solve it. I like to take pictures and can bring drones if you have conditions. Use the transparent boat in the pool to Zhang Meizhao. The bamboo forest behind the hotel and the screen in the lobby are very popular. If you drive by yourself, it is only 10 minutes away from Mogan Mountain. You can park directly at the No. 4 parking lot and then take the bus up the mountain.
