From check-in to check-out, the overall experience felt less professional compared to other resort hotels. Additionally, hotel staff entered the room without prior consent. The drinking water provided in the room was Nongfu Spring.
The hotel's supporting facilities were underdeveloped, offering limited recreational options. The room's internal facilities, whether it was the ventilation system or the air conditioning, produced extremely loud noise. The shower water temperature remained scalding hot even when adjusted to the lowest setting.
The breakfast selection was limited, and the restaurant staff displayed poor attitude.
On a positive note, the mattress was Simmons Beautyrest series with a pillow top, which was excellent.

Great sense! Great facilities! Great service! Great view! Great food! And handsome reception desk manager Wang! This is my first time to Huzhou, but I left unforgettable memories！I will come back again with my little girlfriend. I think this hotel is very perfect for weekends!

帶着一家子女眷來次湖州遊。選了半天定了西塞山鴻居酒店。三天兩夜住下來 大家都很滿意。
酒店在西塞山區域，環境很好。早上的空氣太清新了。房間裏衞生情況我們也挺滿意的。仔細看了一遍沒看見臟的地方。
我們帶了一衹小狗子，房間裏還有床鋪和可愛的寵物碗 可謂十分周到。寵物入住的話還有清潔物品贈送。
早餐選擇還算挺多的。麪條和糯嘰嘰們都很好吃！西瓜超級甜。從中式到西式，基本都有。對了，還有煎餅果子呢！
特別感謝lily的全方位照顧。下次希望有機會再去。
酒店叫外賣很方便，這點也必須加分了

國慶最後一站 臨時訂的西塞山鴻居，住過好幾家悦榕莊，這裏的服務也很在線！管家Olivia在國慶入住率很高的情況下，依然幫忙協調升級了親子房，小朋友借魚竿釣魚，有一位工作人員特別熱心地幫忙指導。微信服務也特別及時可以説是有求必應。酒店環境也很棒，適合似乎清閑慢節奏度假的人。

在西塞山尋覓休憩之地，選擇鴻居酒店完全是剛踏入酒店，就被藏在山水間的設計驚艷——大堂落地窗外是連綿青山，庭院裏流水潺潺，連走廊的裝飾都透着江南雅緻，彷彿把“西塞山前白鷺飛”的意境搬進了住處，管家安妮服務也很周到，提前就告知了國慶活動，也隨叫隨到~隨手拍都是能當壁紙的風景。房間升級到了戀巢居，小庭院很安靜，晚上可以睡個好覺，床品很舒服，屬於很難得睡起來腰還挺舒服的床，連洗漱用品都是帶着淡淡草木香的小眾品牌，吹風機還是戴森中國紅，化粧鏡的補光功能考慮得很周全，住得比家裡還舒服。
會考慮再來住這裏

我們訂的親子房，房間是套房，足夠大，房間外有個小院子，但是因為朝北的關係，沒有户外桌椅，有點小浪費。酒店寵物友好，地方夠大，適合遛狗。假期也不會覺得人多擁擠，房間也很安靜。適合喜歡安靜、帶狗的家庭。

設施：大堂很小，房間像是人家樓盤賣剩下的那種
服務：服務別想了，根本沒有服務，大堂沒有接待沒有提行李的，吃自助餐沒有接待，自己找座位去吧，你能想象這是悦榕旗下的酒店？感覺像是村子裏的人搭出來的草台班子掛着悦榕的抬頭而已。
