帶娃打卡的第127家酒店。之前買的海豚湖州599兩晚通兑，看到旁邊有小童樂園就挑了這家，考慮價格對酒店沒抱有什麼期待，入住還是給了一些驚喜。前台小姐姐幫忙升級了親子房，帶有園景大陽台。大堂和房間中間又一個連廊相接，兩側都是小橋流水的中式庭院，這個季節有各色植物和鳥類，對於小朋友來説很友好。早餐雖比不上之前住的五星但能趕上亞朵，尤其是巧克力塔實在是太棒了，性價比很高的入住。

非常非常糟糕的住宿體驗，整個酒店的氛圍就像個還沒有裝修完成的商務樓，第一次給的尾房，結果房間都都沒有打掃乾淨，床上躺了一會直接就過敏了，兩個人身上癢了一整天，起了疹子!!!!拖鞋是廉價的紙質拖鞋，房間到處都是肉眼可見的灰塵，電視遙控是不靈的，最離譜的是五星級酒店的房間，600多的價格，還不如周邊酒店200多塊的條件好，真的是太坑了，看到的必坑吧

很少點評，但這個一定要寫。 1、硬件衞生間洗手盆水龍頭是搖晃的，淋雨花灑是角度是無法調節的，我170的個頭勉強能沖到水，小個子的話，估計沖到水都困難；且水温很低，好在是五月份，如果冬天的話，洗澡會凍死。 2、服務我訂好房間後有個快遞送到酒店，辦理入住的時候問酒店有沒有收到？回答快遞都放在統一的地方，要往前走再往左走再穿過玻璃門，讓我在放快遞的小桌子上自己去找。花了九牛二虎之力，走了好多冤枉路，終於才到了類似快遞站的地方。酒店所有的快遞都在那裡放着，不管是員工的還是客人的，都在一起，你們自己找吧。同行的長者想喝點茶，房間的茶包不大好撕，他拿到前台問服務員有沒有剪刀幫他剪開，服務員回答讓長者自己去二樓拿剪刀。長者説那你幫我去拿，服務員就不説話。後來旁邊的客人看不下去，説你給他撕開不就好了嗎？人家衹是想喝茶，年齡大了沒力氣撕開茶包，結果服務員一撕，好了。 3、虛假訊息攜程上訂房的時候，在酒店設施部分明明寫着有自助洗衣房，結果入住後被告知已經不提供這項服務了。不提供為什麼不把這個訊息調整掉？不是誤導客人嗎？大家注意避坑，這個酒店硬件軟件都一塌糊塗，還不如國內的快捷酒店，如果可以打零分，我不會多打一分。

體驗感一般，如果是4星可以接受，5星酒店感覺規格夠不上，環境設施距離5星有差距，尤其是早飯，這麼多五星酒店吃過的最差的一次。房間冰箱也沒有，泳池水温偏低。單點的菜品口味不錯。
