The hotel is rubbish. It just opened a room and doesn't allow check-out. I didn't even enter the room.

This hotel is rubbish. They haven't issued the ticket yet. They are impatient when I call them.

Very bad experience: 1. The service is very poor. When I checked in on the evening of the 18th, the front desk was playing games on the computer and looked impatient. 2. There is no front desk service phone number anywhere in the room. The front desk direct dial button on the landline is also useless. I finally called the number on the booking software. 3. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. I found it after washing my hair, and then called the front desk for more than 20 minutes before it was delivered. 4. The quilt and pillow smelled of cigarettes. I don’t know if it was because they were not changed. 5. The room does not provide free drinking water, and the water is charged. The kettle is dirty and cannot be used.

The room has been newly renovated, the sanitary environment is very good, it is worth recommending 👍

This hotel really affects my mood. I called before booking and they said it is pet-friendly. I booked for two nights, but when I arrived, the front desk said pets are not allowed. Fortunately, I recorded the phone call. The worst impression is that the front desk is cold and unprofessional. It doesn't look like a receptionist. It's very different from the front desk staff who have been trained in regular hotels. In addition, there are various factories behind the hotel windows, which are always working and very noisy. There is also a room where people play mahjong every night, and the noise is so loud that you can hear it. The sign clearly says "No to pornography, ******** and *****".
