服務：一個很不錯的親子游酒店，平時一般，適合週末一日遊，小童設施豐富，周邊配套少了點。服務很貼心，尤其是客服人員陳琳熱心介紹了酒店週末的活動，對我們的一些其他需求也是有求必應。

特別跑來評價，非常棒的環境，太適合帶孩子了，天然氧吧，早餐豐盛，室內有很多遊樂場，還有冥想室，孩子們太開心了，室外大草坪晚上還有篝火晚會好開心，酒店服務特別周到，前台，客房，大廳經理，總監真的都非常優秀，處處為我們客人着想，細心周到，給總監説想帶着挖竹筍，總監早早給我們備好籃子鏟子，擔心我們找不到還親自帶我們去，真的暖心，退房的時候大廳小姐姐送了禮物還幫我們拿東西送到車庫👍

設施：設施都很新，我訂的海盜主題房間，房間內除了小童睡衣、小童用品外還有一個單獨的小童馬桶，合小朋友心意。
衞生：乾淨，打掃阿姨非常有禮貌，每一位阿姨都會與小朋友打招呼，服務意識強。
環境：安靜，蚊蟲也不算多。地理位置相對較偏，但是酒店內有三個小童玩耍區域（2小1大），還有diy區域和户外區域，足夠玩耍了。
服務：大堂經理江遠星很熱情，房間空調面板壞了立馬聯繫工人上樓檢查，入住期間任何問題都可以聯繫，很及時。退房因為孩子玩耍時間長了免費延退並在臨走時贈送了小點心喝飲料。

想着避開雙休日，選了個週一出遊，正好碰到520，酒店送了玫瑰，有些驚喜。酒店大堂阿姨很熱情，還沒進酒店，就出來迎接，幫忙拿行李，在辦理入住時候端來了茶水。酒店還有免費的電車充電，早餐也挺豐富的，退房時還送了伴手禮，很不錯的一次體驗。

特意過來寫點評感謝的，不得不説，酒店每位工作人員服務態度都很棒！熱心，貼心，耐心，細心，温馨，把客人照顧的無微不至。入住前一天，酒店管家會提前聯繫你，細心的告訴你行程注意點，周邊遊玩設施，餐飲，酒店內娛樂活動。行程第二天突發了些小狀況，孩子有些身體不適，周邊買不到葯物，管家得知後特地送葯品至房間內，這裏要特別感謝管家恬恬小姐姐👍即時給予幫助，解決了燃眉之急，晚上管家部門經理還特地來詢問孩子情況有沒有好些，真的很暖心哦🥰第二天臨走時，還貼心的送了小禮物，真的是全程式貼心服務呢！五星好評都不能將我的感謝表達出來🥹下次一定再來，是一個很棒很棒的酒店呢㊗️生意興隆哦😊

親子酒店該配套的牙刷牙膏小拖鞋都有。電視機頂盒是孩子的好評，可以看很多動畫片。
酒店有大草坪，晚上有篝火晚會，小朋友做遊戲，唱歌，其樂融融，父母們也都很捧場，氣氛很好。主持人很厲害，帥哥很棒。
樂園很大，安全措施也都有，攝像頭也很多。外面的娃娃樣子有待加強，基本5-6次能出，循環如此。停車庫和電梯挨着，很方便。
早餐的麪很不錯，特別是澆頭，牛肉大塊，白湯也好吃。缺點是沒有油條，腐乳，榨菜類。我就嚐了泡菜和泡椒鳳爪。酒店周圍沒什麼吃的或者外賣，酒店可以考慮搞個咖啡吧賣飲料，烤串啥的，生意肯定不錯。
前台陳琳態度很好，給個點贊👍。總的來説，這個酒店適合帶娃，娃開心了，爹媽就輕鬆了，適合2天左右的行程。

五一假期前的錯峯出行，餘不穀三天兩晚的美好體驗，大堂經理小江熱情周到，服務效率高，所有服務員給到的服務體驗都特別棒！酒店還有免費充電設施，讓電車出行無旅程焦慮！別墅房型特別適合一大家子一起出行，桌球麻將影音室一應俱全，還有廚房餐廳和大露台，用餐地選擇多樣！帶娃前往周邊長頸鹿莊園和龍出沒樂園非常便捷！親子體驗俱佳。下雨天也不用擔心，酒店也有自帶的玩了設施，期待下一次再來！

酒店環境很好,衞生無死角,房間內設施對小朋友很友好；五樓的餐廳有套餐,晚餐還是很划算的；服務人員態度很好，但前台辦理入住太慢,系統卡頓，效率不高；我們訂了兩間親子房，一間城堡房,九百多一間的房費居然不包含室內樂園的入場券,這一點屬實有點格局太小了，既然是適合親子游的,索性直接算在房費裏還好,讓我們還要單獨買券,有點讓人失望。會考慮二刷！希望多推出一些活動！
