蚊子真的多，進門後全家出動打蚊子，打死了10多衹，地上灰有些多，其他的倒是蠻乾淨的，房間是真的大，從來沒住過這麼大的雙床房，很划算，很安靜睡得好
就是沒早餐

為了方便住朋友家樓下這個 衞生差 掀開枕頭竟然還有腳印 床單很多臟東西小碎碎 讓來換床單 竟然是我自己換 客房服務的人站我邊上看 也沒覺得不好意思 真有意思

事先講明：本人不是懟精，真的這次體驗太氣了
設施：
1.兩條毛巾（擦臉擦手）都有洞，厲害！
2.電視遙控器電池蓋沒有，遙控器有電，不能遙控電視！
3.空調只有冷、熱風兩種，換的房間衹吹冷風（切了暖風還是製冷），一晚上差點凍感冒。
服務：很差！
1.要洗刷時，發現一條毛巾有孔洞，跟前台電話説了，前台笑了一聲直接掛斷電話，以為前台會過來換毛巾，就先刷牙了，刷完牙還沒動靜，就用另一條毛巾，一看也有洞！！！直接電話不跟前台客氣，讓上來換毛巾（一共3層，住在2樓），全過程沒有任何錶示歉意的話！！！
2.還沒洗澡，想休息一會看下電視，發現了沒有電池蓋但還有電（按了小紅燈會亮）的電視遙控器，電視是進門插卡就開機的，遙控器沒用！ 又電話前台，前台説現在沒法管，明天才能來查看維修，一點解決問題或照顧顧客體驗的態度都沒有！！有點氣了，回前台説：明天一早我就退房了，明天來有什麼用。那給我換一間能正常使用的房間！ 前**氣不耐煩説讓我下去拿，我説我收拾東西你拿上來，後面前台拿了張房卡，就讓我換房，我問那間都能正常使用嗎？前台她讓我自己看，不提前檢查下那個房間，也不帶領顧客過去現檢查換的房間，直接自己在電梯口等着，讓顧客自己去找去查看！！
還好換的房間都還還正常，不對，空調衹吹冷風！
衞生：桌子帶灰塵，衞生間放洗刷用品的盒子臟的。
環境：門面挺大，樓道盡頭以及消防樓梯處都沒燈，亂掛曬工服、堆放物品。
很差的一次酒店住宿體驗，真不知評分怎麼上來的。
當天的前台真給酒店“加分”！
