住了2天，比較滿意。國賓館，所以環境挺美的，是欣賞月亮酒店的最佳位置。管家小汪服務態度挺好，每天會主動詢問有什麼需要，還詳細介紹了龍之夢樂園的項目。酒店電瓶車的司機人很好，特意帶我們到太湖樓看風景。酒店裡旅拍的水平不錯，親戚們很滿意。酒店離龍之夢樂園不遠，其中動物園，大馬戲，古鎮都很好玩，兩場演出也非常精彩。再説點小瑕疵，早餐不太豐富，味道比較普通，也沒有鮮榨果汁，小餛飩和生煎饅頭還不錯。浴室裏麪三大瓶都卡在牆壁裏面無法按壓。麪台和籠頭離人太遠不方便，上面冷熱水的紅藍標記衹有米粒大小，如果長者會看不清。總體來説還是挺不錯，有機會的話會再來。

太湖山莊嚮往許久，終於成行。入住前管家小汪提前就聯繫幫忙安排好房間。酒店傍水依山，環境好空氣清新，大堂也很氣派，觀景平台可以看到對面的月亮酒店，拍照出片，房間寬敞整潔，配備消毒櫃和小冰箱，衞生間配備乾濕分離，雙洗手枱和全自動馬桶設備。 入住體驗非常完美。

這次入住南太湖山莊的別墅區，環境靜謐舒適，體驗感超棒！辦理入住時添加了管家迪迪的微信，服務真的無可挑剔——有問必答、消息秒回，態度親切又周到，讓整個入住過程特別省心。酒店的早餐也很贊，“一城一味”很有當地特色，尤其愛門口的燒餅，香脆可口！最難忘的是在房間就能欣賞太湖的絕美風光，視野無敵。這次入住非常滿意，下次來湖州一定還會選擇這裏！

酒店位置優越，交通便利，到周邊遊玩地點都很方便。一進大堂就被優雅的設計和温馨的氛圍吸引，前台工作人員辦理入住迅速高效，另外管家迪迪服務很好 入住期間各方面都做的不錯。酒店房間設計合理，衞生間乾濕分離。浴室乾淨整潔，洗浴用品品質不錯，房間風景也很好，酒店早餐種類豐富，中西式結合，還有很多應季水果，品質很好，酒店還配備了健身房和泳池，設施維護得很新，體驗感滿分。 整體來説，無論是服務、環境還是細節，都超出預期，性價比極高！下次來這座城市，一定還會選擇這裏，推薦哦

本次三天兩晚入住最應該感謝的是管家小汪，先是主動聯繫又升級房間，把你想到的問題和沒想到的事都提前想到了，讓我們感受到賓至如歸。真正做到有求必應有應必答，熱情周到專業高效。地下停車場的工作人員和開電瓶車的小哥也非常友善。
早餐豐富，小餛燉、燒餅、玉米、筍乾等非常好吃😋，還有安吉新白茶和金銀花、茉莉花、玫瑰等花茶可泡（不是茶包哦）。
酒店硬件設施完善，依山傍水，如果維護的再好一點更加完美；中餐廳菜品不多，味道還行，服務和管理可以再加強。

南太湖山莊酒店環境優美，地理位置優越，出門對面就是太湖月亮灣，入住前對接的管家小汪會主動聯繫告知一些注意事項和推薦的旅遊景點，由於入住時（接近兩點）前一天房客太多房間沒有整理好，前台還主動幫忙升級了房型，房間的智能化程度很高，陽台就能看到月亮灣，服務人員總體很親切，特別是管家小汪入住後還貼心發來入住後的注意事項（如wifi連結等）、服務熱情周到，總體很推薦👍。

上海開車過來非常方便，2個小時左右就可以到。酒店在南太湖度假區，位於小梅山上，面向太湖，景色非常贊。這次入住的是別墅房間，平時出門都有短駁車接送，十分方便。在這裏要非常感謝一下管家迪迪，在入住前就提前聯繫我們，幫我們升級房型，因為這次出行既有長者又有幼齡小朋友，事情比較多，管家迪迪一直保持耐心幫我們解決各種問題，全程非常貼心地幫我們安排各種事情。圍欄，嬰兒水，嬰兒澡盆等等，都有提前準備好，讓我們整個遊玩過程都很省心。酒店餐飲也挺好的，我們因為人多，所有飲食都選擇在酒店解決，味道不錯，景色優美，關鍵價格也不貴。很適合一家老小度假staycation，希望以後有機會再來遊玩。
