Hotel is big n nice, there's a Starbucks inside the lobby. It's a very quiet town, but hotel is nice and quiet.

Great get-away hotel, clean and comfortable room at great location... the only thing I didn’t like was the annoying, very bright blue light on the light switch right next to the bed, on both sides! Bring a sleep mask!

酒店工作人員服務態度很好，因為是度假區，就餐人會很多，收盤＋詢問餐點意見比較勤勞，景觀優美，很多人會來打卡馬桶蓋，除了漁人碼頭及月亮廣場，南太湖山莊的酒店大堂觀景台也是最佳觀賞地，如果晴天應該有小三亞的即視感
總之 這是一個願意再去的酒店，下次去我要在房
間裏躺一天

已經第三次入住了，可見喜歡程度 就是很靠譜穩定的好，環境很好，硬件很好，裏面的早餐也很好吃。這次入住的是景觀園林別墅房，房間的格局很特別，當中有景觀，陽台還可以看到太湖景觀。
李秉冰管家服務特別好，有求必應，而且非常熱情，給這次旅程帶來了愉快的體驗。

南太湖山莊是這次湖州遊的驚喜收穫，性價比很高的一家度假山莊。從上網約車，就聽司機在誇這家山莊的服務特別好。到了門口下車，帥哥門僮第一時間迎上來幫我們拿行李，當看到同行的姐姐因腰腿不舒服而走路不利索時趕緊幫忙攙扶。辦理入住時，當班的小王美女真是業務嫻熟，親切熱情，給我們升級到景觀房辦理完入住手續後還特地幫我們拿了行李送我們到了房間，給我們送上我們需要的用品，讓管家加了我們的微信，以便更好的為我們服務。
山莊的地理位置很好，在半山腰上。雅靜舒適，環境幽美，窗外就是月亮灣（喜來登酒店），夜晚還能看到彩虹橋等燈火闌珊的美景。山莊在山頂還建有一座太湖樓，山莊有專門的電瓶車接送住宿的客人去山頂，登上太湖樓的五樓可以一覽湖景、山景、市景。腿腳好有精力的人沿着山路走一走也是很舒適養眼的。
總之，個人感覺在非節假日的時候南太湖山莊是性價比很高的一個度假休閑之地。

酒店位置很好，俯瞰月亮灣全景非常美。山頂的太湖樓值得一去，大堂有接駁車。房間寬敞乾淨，設計有很多細節，床頭插座好評。床品很棒，睡得很踏實。智能馬桶，電動窗簾，燈光明亮，設施很新。早餐也不錯，特別是煮麪的阿姨，笑容可掬很親切。一些崗位的主動服務微笑服務的意識有待提升，入住時候心情不太愉快。但是酒店GRO冰冰小姐化解了這些，瞭解入住需求和具體情況後，安排了離主樓很近的位置，省去長者等候接駁車和上下車的麻煩，同時把我們的房間安排在一起，方便照顧長者。並給房間升了級，爸媽房間的陽台上就可以直麪喜來登，兩位長者很是開心，拍了很多照片，讓父親這次85歲生日的湖州慶生之行非常圓滿。出來玩心情最重要，這些暖心服務讓我們很是感動。會推薦給朋友，後會有期。
