The location is good, away from the rush of city, calm and quite. The facilities are good and the service was also very good. The staff was very helpful.

It's a mess, the front desk is not 24 hours a day, and you have to walk up a lot of stone stairs to get to the room. It is very inconvenient to drag luggage with children. The toilet was still empty the next morning. I was seriously deceived.

十一月遛娃第一站
長頸鹿莊園酒店太火了沒訂到，於是盲選了這家。上海出發三個小時左右，路上不堵車。
西塞山的環境真的很好，好多竹林，但是實在沒想到十一月初蚊子還是很多，防蚊措施不到位，被咬了好幾口。酒店有提供驅蚊水和蚊香液。
入住的時候酒店人很少，下午到達之後溜達了一圈，最驚艷的是霍比特人咖啡屋，配上下午的陽光真的太好看了，可惜前兩天下午，地上有點泥濘太臟了。入住酒店可以問前台要胡蘿蔔來餵馬，小馬超級温順！有送兩張買一送一的飲料錢，性價比不錯！住店的旅客每天還是三個圍爐煮茶的名額！還是看入住提示看到的，不看都不知道還有這種福利。
房間的設施還可以，就是衹有一把鑰匙，對於雙卧家庭來説不是很方便。房間裏還配有自動麻將機。
當天入住的人少，所有自主餐廳沒有開放晚餐。衹能在唯一的餐廳裏吃飯，菜的味道還不錯，就是價格偏貴了，性價比不高。服務員倒是很熱情。
整個度假區很大，旁邊還有一座茶山，茶山上有個網紅茶室。可能淡季，沒什麼人，有點荒涼。
入住有送温泉，可能是人不多的緣故，升級到了私湯，體驗還不錯～泡泡湯，還提供零食 甜品和水果。
除了餵馬 餵魚 一個蹦床之外，就沒有什麼小童娛樂設施了，建議可以增加小童樂園。
早餐是套餐，還算可以，能吃飽。
淡季的緣故吧，度假村整體有點冷冷清清，喜歡幽靜的可以來體驗一下，真的很避世很安靜。

度假村在山裡很幽靜環境好，房間乾淨舒適，管家服務態度好，回覆非常及時，還給小朋友們送了水果吃，有求必應。酒店裡有水庫可以釣魚摸螺獅，也可以去泳池游泳，孩子們玩的很開心，大人也很放鬆。

環境：空氣非常好，晚上很安靜，適合度假放空。
服務：特別點贊，西塞山的管家服務，這次和男朋友預訂的白鷺木屋，房間佈置的很温馨，入住送上了特別精美，美味的歡迎點心，雖然房間有點小插曲，但是管家也及時的幫忙跟進解決。很棒！值得再吃回購體驗！

怎麼説呢就是這個價錢配不上這個服務～管家非常的被動，問一句答一句，然後呢花了這麼多錢住了幾晚，連要一床被子都沒有。冰箱裏麪的飲料都是收費的，而且走到時候也沒有伴手禮，總之就是價錢和服務不匹配。度假區的話呢也不是很大，小孩玩的項目比較少。早餐種類少的可憐。然後呢浴室洗澡有一點點漏水，紗窗有點壞了，應該不會再來了～

年三十的臨時決定，看到這個酒店憑直覺修改了之前的酒店訂單。上海開過來2個多小時，一路風景旖旎，山色青葱。西塞山前白鷺飛，桃花流水鱖魚肥。跟着唐詩來旅行，古人誠不欺我。開車去鎮上買了煙花，晚上酒店大堂前的草地上過足了煙花癮。從酒店開車去龍之夢20多公里三四十分鐘，也很方便。温泉是室內的，更像泳池。我們去得早，一個多小時內無人打擾，非常安靜。整個酒店的感覺很像簡縮版的裸心谷，管家開車接送也很貼心。不足：吹風機功率不夠大，再就是酒店餐廳和温泉等所有公共衞生間都沒有掛鈎。很喜歡這裏，下次再來。

家庭出遊，因為帶娃，所以一直會選擇這種度假類型的酒店。
其實環境還可以，但是從停車就開始有毛病，去停車的時候位置很緊張，下午2:30到的時間其實不算晚，酒店裡面有個外包的咖啡館，酒店的服務人員也説很多是不住宿衹來打卡咖啡館的，那停車是不是可以劃分開？ 入住體驗還可以，給了小朋友魚食和餵馬的胡蘿蔔🥕，包括晚上餐廳用餐也都還行（餐食有一説一，口味一般，做的很鹹，小朋友渴到半夜起來喝了幾次水）。而且房間的水衹有兩瓶小的，一瓶大的，多的要額外收費，這是目前住過的度假酒店裡唯一一家。
重點來了，4月份20度穿單衣的季節，酒店的被子還是冬季的羽絨被，枕頭兩個都是毫無支撐力的（電話詢問過沒有其他的枕頭），對於很挑酒店床品的人真的巨巨巨難受。而且隔音很差，凌晨3-4點樓上有要走的人拉行李箱房間裏都能有巨響。收費並不便宜，是不是可以對細節上面做的好一點？
總之下次湖州出遊一定會避開這家酒店。
