本來對酒店外觀環境第一印象還是挺滿意的，沒想到在辦理入住後中午午睡時被突然響起的刷卡開門聲嚇一跳，還好我放了防盜鏈條，過後服務員道歉説以為這個房間沒入住，想進來洗頭，感覺對這樣的管理很無語:1、房間入住與否分不清，2、服務員隨便進入客房洗髮，3、入門前未先敲門。以至雖然知道誤會一場，但那晚還是睡不踏實，安全感缺失。

房間設施齊全，佈局合理衞生乾淨，整個酒店坐落在綠蔭之中，很愜意，，有車位，並贈送停車券，很貼心❤️，前台美女，耐心貼心，還幫助我換了二人床的房間，離漁人碼頭，黃金湖岸，月亮灣都衹有幾百米的距離，體驗超好。

地理位置很不錯，酒店出來就是漁人碼頭，到湖邊散步或者就餐十分方便。店家服務態度也很好，還加送了一份早餐。自駕的話車可以免費停在酒店的庭院裏，離店時在前台掃碼領停車券。
整體而言風格偏傳統，領房卡時需要交按金，早餐是每人一份的，量很足。感覺酒店的設施正在不斷升級換代中，希望越來越好。

這次為客户一次性預訂了4個房間，整體入住很滿意。銷售人員及時對接，妥當安排了客房和午餐，服務很好，很熱情，也很及時，晚餐也在酒店一樓用餐，有個小屏風隔着，比較私隱，菜餚也做的不錯，價格適中，量足，性價比很高，感謝廈門本地的朋友也可以過去就餐，是個不錯的選擇。酒店還有一樓咖啡廳，晚間客户回來談事情也很方便，提供時令水果，還有一些小點心，環境乾淨整潔，很愜意，不輸給户外網紅咖啡廳，酒店裡的咖啡廳顯得更加有質感。推薦入住。
