Boys at check in were very kind and helpful, trying their best to communicate with us in English. The location was fantastic, very close to the moon park, which is lovely. The room was good enough for the price, but breakfast was awful.

疫情期間出不了省，衹能周圍逛一圈，南太湖離我們還蠻近的，趁着人少就開車自駕出來了，當天來的有點晚了，結果選的酒店還不錯，乾淨衞生，疫情防護做的也不錯，雖然有點麻煩，程序有點多，但對我的麻煩就是對住店的每個人負責，這樣我也安心很多，前台人員都還比較nice，有什麼需要很熱情的提供幫助，早餐品種豐富，下次有機會再來，值得一住。

衞生真的是做的非常差，比較愛乾淨的盆友還是換地方吧，由於開車開了一天實在太累，就在太湖附近選了酒店住下，一進房間一股難聞氣味撲鼻而來，灰層多的感覺好久沒仔細搞衞生了，垃圾桶和馬桶蓋上的尿漬真的有點嚇人，讓前台通知打掃阿姨把馬桶蓋重新洗下，但是還是沒洗乾淨，無奈衹能用紙巾全部包了厚厚的一圈，晚上地上還爬出兩衹蟲子，體驗真的超級差，不過前台小哥哥小姐姐的服務還是挺讚的，這是這次入住唯一值得安慰的地方，酒店的衞生還請一定要加強啊！

看了攜程2點退才訂的，12點就敲門讓我們走了，順我們房間下面有人訂了，2點退要付半天房費。所謂的陽光沐浴房是一個公用的陽台，房門打開後就關不上了，一大早還在睡覺，打掃衞生的阿姨就從陽台那裡要進來了，問有人嗎？意思是沒人我們沒退房她要幹嘛呢，真的休息都休息不好

很有格調的小民宿，風格很喜歡。貌似是攜程旗下的。入住有水果，早飯簡餐。離太湖邊很近，安靜。春節去的，停車繞了一圈沒有車位，還好及時打電話問，酒店門口還有位置。前台服務挺好的。酒店忘記拍照片了。

房間挺整潔的，就在黃金湖岸邊，可以沿着太湖邊散步，離月亮灣也近，晚上燈光效果很好。客服也很熱情耐心，離店送免費停車劵。

房間還可以，隔音也算好，可能是頂樓，卧室在閣樓，二樓兩間 還蠻寬敞，閣樓窗户是紗簾，一早房間就亮了。整體還算乾淨，樓下和兩個卧室都有暖氣，晚上不冷，樓上樓下兩個衞生間，景區裏停車衹免一次停車費，中途出去要自己付費，吃飯的地方蠻多飯後散步就能回酒店。早餐有點簡單，8點下樓基本就沒什麼了。
