We came and left in a hurry, but still felt unsatisfied. It is adjacent to the beautiful lake view of South Taihu Lake, the private hot spring courtyard villa has comprehensive facilities, quiet and elegant. The housekeeper Qiqi never tires of solving various trivial problems in a timely manner. When a family with big children travels, there are more troubles and requirements. Thanks to Qiqi's meticulous service, this weekend parent-child trip was very successful! ! Looking forward to visiting again next time🚗😊

客觀評價，真的很少給人差評。這個酒店的*格和位置真是十分不錯的，但是，整體的服務態度真是讓人無語。五星級地標酒店的全別墅温泉區，價格不低，按道理應該管家式服務相當到位，之前也經常住類似的度假酒店，晚上7點半辦理入住，接待的小哥哥態度還不錯，告知第二天早上去喜來登吃早飯可以隨時電話叫接駁車，私湯泡池第二天早上也可以隨時換水加熱使用。可睡醒一覺，所有的東西都變了樣，7點50出門去喜來登大堂吃早飯，告知接駁車8點才上班，期間打電話一直忙音無人接聽。聯繫管家始終不回訊息。無奈自己開車到門口，結果沒有車位，被門口導車員指揮到裏面停車，結果根本沒有車位，態度極其冷淡。老公氣不過，去前台交涉，結果前台服務人員一直在接打電話，對我老公視而不見，難道五星級酒店的前台員工沒有做過上崗培訓？不知道看到客人過來詢問要先示意一下，就任由客人這麼等着？態度也是一言難盡，告知温泉衹能12點之後加熱，那我花高價住私湯幹嘛？還沒泡就退房？五星級酒店這樣的態度還真是第一次見呢，整個旅行中真是服務最差的一家酒店了，本來想訂個好一點的酒店，泡泡湯，解解旅途的乏累，結束愉快的旅程，結果真是窩一肚子火！要來的小夥伴慎訂服務不值這個價錢！

最大的驚喜是酒店的服務，這次入住的是別墅，酒店提供管家式的服務，服務我們的Tina提前一天就會告知入住細節，酒店位置等，方便入住。特別是入住時候點了外賣，酒店更會派專人送到住處（點了好幾次😅），五星級酒店的服務確實不一樣。另外酒店的早餐也不錯，品種豐富，蛋餅好吃😋。

攜程上定的，衝著別墅區是2025開業才二刷的。但我沒想到的是2025年才上攜程，其實別墅是舊的，設施一般，房間佈局不是很合理，房間下面一層就是室外私湯泡澡+沖澡+幾張凳子。別墅區和喜來登是一起的，住宿登記和餐飲都在酒店大堂。
優點是，管家熱情，有求必應，還給房間佈置了生日快樂的儀式感。外賣都幫忙送到房間。落下一瓶眼膜，還聯繫快遞給我。每天一早就有師傅過來更換私湯的水，這點必須表揚。公共温泉很美，出行便捷，旅拍不錯，收費比較合理，所有照片打包價388，是目前為止我遇到最便宜的……

環境：在“馬桶圈”邊上的別墅羣裏，有私隱，環境很漂亮。周圍和院子裏的草木每天都有人休整。
設施：雖然和現在各個網紅打卡酒店比顯得有些傳統老舊，但勝在乾淨整潔。
服務：最值得一提的就是服務啦，帶家裡狗子一起來玩，沾了自家狗狗的光，管家免費給我們升級了房型，給狗子一個小院子，狗子很喜歡。一直關心我們用園區裏的小車車運行李，給我們温泉票和包了早餐，非常妥帖，以後還會再來～

管家貼心，給升級了大套的別墅，別墅院裏有温泉很私密很乾凈，這點挺好的，管家提前打電話安排接待，送的明信片太小了看不到人，要不就不送，要送就格局大一點，牙刷有點硬有點掉毛，刷牙不太舒服，早餐種類不少，還不錯，院裏就可以看太湖，周邊玩的還不少，沒來得及玩，管家推薦了去南潯古鎮感覺還不錯

在太湖邊上的酒店，非常休閑，很適合度假，房間也很大，很有特色，床品很乾凈，打掃的阿姨和師傅人人也很有禮貌，還幫我多送了幾瓶水，感覺這裏的氛圍都很鬆弛，別墅羣的花朵也好好看，我太喜歡這個地方了，庭院落英繽紛，浮水落花美不勝收，這簡直是世外桃源！
