😎寶子們，今天2025年7月13日23我要給大家分享一家超讚的自助民宿🧐。
📍這家自助民宿位於[湖州市南潯古鎮附近的民宿]，周邊的景色超美，出門就有很多好玩的地方。
一到民宿，就被它獨特的外觀吸引了。進入房間後，那種温馨的氛圍撲面而來😌。房間佈置得特別有格調，各種小裝飾都透露着房東的用心💕。
作為自助民宿，這裏的設施超齊全。廚房用具一應俱全，讓我這個喜歡自己做飯的人特別滿意🤩。洗衣機、烘乾機等也都有，非常方便。
這裏的衞生狀況也很棒，雖然是自助式的，但每一處都打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點灰塵。
最讓我驚喜的是民宿的自由度。沒有繁瑣的入住和退房手續，完全按照自己的節奏來。而且價格還很實惠，性價比超高👍。
在這裏住的這段時間，我感覺就像在自己家一樣自在。這種獨特的住宿體驗真的很棒，強烈推薦給喜歡自由、追求性價比的朋友們🤗。🌟🌟🌟

管家姐姐很熱情，服務好 衞生乾淨，細節到位，床很舒服，床墊舒服，水壓大，出水快，水温舒適，洗澡舒服，網速快，還有就是停車方便，很放心，位置很好，難得來出差一次，古鎮溜達了一圈，不愧是南潯！整體很滿意哦～

住過最恐怖的民宿！房屋情況和商家圖片天差地別！
設施：熱水基本沒有，早晚用水高峯期基本是冷水或者40度左右的熱水。
0隔音0私隱:完全不存在任何隔音，隔壁上廁所水聲，白天黑夜都能清晰聽見，説話聲音更是清楚聽見。窗簾完全不遮光，天亮就醒。
衞生：開門公共客廳充滿濃烈的異味，入門地板臟到看不到顏色，牆紙脱落嚴重，牆上各種補丁。牀頭櫃、衣櫃、床頭厚厚一層灰，詳見圖3。
因為隔壁住户凌晨5.30就起床，洗漱、説話聲音能夠清楚聽到，所以我們也是5.30起床。一個套房有5間房子，因為不存在隔音，5間房基本要完全同步作息，一聲咳嗽清晰可聞，大門關閉聲音非常大，基本不可能在鄰居活動時間睡覺。
總結：這種民宿體驗遠遠不如8人間青年旅社（90元一晚），但是民宿標價竟然高達300多元！甚至連最基本的睡覺和洗澡都無法保證的地方，不知道為什麼有資格掛在平台上。我們離開的時候，打掃衞生的50歲阿嬤竟然一邊打掃一遍帶孫子，孫子在客廳開外放看視頻，這對於0隔音的房間而言…公共衞生地板上很大一灘黃色嘔吐物…

整體來説還不錯，停車5元一晚上老闆給報銷，室內沒有異味，也挺乾淨，有熱水，有空調，應該是新裝修不久，唯一確點就是一個衞生間，個人房子很正常，可以接受
