It was a pleasant experience staying here. Logistic wise, Nan Xun old town was just directly opposite the hotel. Regardless travelling with public transport or self-drive, it’s just so convenient and easy- accessible.
The room was beyond my expectation - it’s super clean and well organised. The design of the room was user friendly, especially the wet & dry separation of toilet. The big window with a nice view was just astonishing.
There is no lift in the hotel but for me who is travelling light, it’s not an issue at all. You may request lower floor if needed.
Staff were friendly & welcoming. They are 24/7 readily to help. I think for a foreigner like me, this is a hotel that I feel at home and want to stay longer.

Yesterday afternoon, I came to Nanxun from Hangzhou and used the room upgrade privilege of Ctrip Platinum Member. When I arrived at the hotel, they said that one room was not available. They said a lot of nonsense, such as that you booked the worst room, and that you can only upgrade to one level, and that you can't do this or that. I asked if I could pay more? They said that you can't upgrade to two levels. We didn't come to Nanxun to be bullied. Why do you care if I have the worst room? I am here to consume. You, who are in the service industry, have no service attitude at all. Let's talk about hygiene. There is a smell of urine in the bathroom.

The sanitation is terrible. There are hairs all over the bathroom wall. I don't know why they used the bathroom heater. The space is so small. The bathroom door is so loud when it closes. Two people need to take a shower for 30 minutes. There is no sound insulation. You can hear people walking in the hallway clearly. It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

They also said that the main and annex buildings are not distinguished for the exclusive rooms, so why are the other two marked as annex buildings? The windows in the exclusive room promotional pictures and other guests' pictures are all wooden classical windows, but the modern windows I was given are exactly the same as the windows in the annex building promotional pictures.
