The location is very strategic as it's located just right in the middle of the 2 sides of the whole tourist area. However it cannot be reached by car right in front at the doorstep so be prepared to walk a bit. But it's not too far away, perhaps just 100m from where our taxi dropped us.
We added the owner's WeChat and he's been really helpful with sharing info.
We really liked the minimalist design and everything was comfy. As beautiful as advertised.
There's a bridge and jetty nearby (广惠桥码头）that allows you to take a 15-min tour by boat (one way, RMB160 max. 8 pax) to other jetties and enjoy the scenery by the river.
We were also given vouchers to have breakfast at one of the famous noodle stall nearby, a must-have when you travel to Nanxun Ancient Town.（状元楼双交面）

南潯古鎮真的是最接地氣的古鎮，景美心也美！枇杷樹下民宿是在古鎮的南側 上下車很方便，老闆怕我們不知道路線提前一天致電問候並且主動加了V，給我們發了地圖告知我們下車最優地點，我猜應該是覺得我們有長者和孩子避免多走路吧！按照位置地圖指引到了便民橋那裡，果然衹是走了1分多鐘就到了！很古香古色！也有很多遊客拍照打卡，店家説是自己的房子改造，小院陽台的，我想説也太會了 衹有四間房間面面俱到應有盡有！看我們有長者和孩子而且山一位還沒有退房就給我們免費升了房間！門打開的那一刻心情真是炸裂！！太漂亮了！還有陽台就連窗簾都是電動的！這是在外面住的最温馨的最好的最先進的最喜歡的房間！真的是超級超級推薦推薦

去南潯古鎮一定要選枇杷樹下酒家，他們家地處古鎮南區和北區交匯處不遠的南區，地理位置絕佳，2023年3月才開業的，衹有4間房，樓上樓下各兩間房，每一間房裝修各異，但都非常温馨雅緻，我們住的是樓下的雅（家庭套房），推開窗户就能看到窗外的小溪，廣惠橋碼頭離他們家100米不到，坐搖擼船非常方便。老闆還精心準備了早餐券，離他們家不遠的一家叫全家福的麪館，單交面超好吃。另外他們家在酒店旁邊還開了一家樹下酒家，非常乾淨衞生，做的菜也很好吃。下次來南潯古鎮還住這家酒店。

通過好評來的這家店，談談真實感受，老闆挺熱心，店鋪位置不錯，衞生方面還有待加強，我們入住後地面明顯不乾淨，渣渣和印記，我又拿消毒濕巾把臟的地方擦了一遍，房間面積比較小，然後就是隔音效果特別不好。

看看圖片吧，從外到內，都是實拍圖。民俗是23年剛開業的，所以設施很新。但卻是在疫情前裝修好的，所以也沒什麼味道。再看一下地理位置，完全就是在景區中央，但又離景區入口之一——便民橋很近，所以打車下車後，也就走100米。一共四間房，都是河景房，雖然不是主河道，但是鬧中取靜，可以看見主街，又不是很喧鬧。店家一橋之隔還有一家當地飯店，各大平台都是高分好評，非常值得品嚐一下。最後祖孫三代一起都為小店服務，很有家庭氛圍。小貴，但真的很值。要是有浴缸就更完美啦！
