房間挺大挺寬敞的，應該是新裝修的酒店吧，味道稍微有一點點，前台服務態度很好，房間衞生還可以，附近交通便利，吃也很方便，唯一不足的就是停車難，雖然門口停車免費很大，但很困難，還是給五星好評

每次來湖州都會住這家暢茂輕奢酒店，特別安靜，衞生搞的也很乾凈，前台的工作人員，不論是小哥哥還是小姐姐，都很熱情禮貌，細緻周到，非常不錯，特別推薦

新店，設施很新，但沒有自己的停車位，停車位是公共的免費停車位，有點難搶。

環境：在一個住宅樓的角落，稍微有點難找
服務：很一般
建議：來過一次，定的房型A，感覺面積挺大的，所以又定的房型A，卻發現直接大變樣，使用面積少了1/3，建議這種商家設定成特價房或者房型C。既然分了房型A，B就不建議弄成這種，體驗很差

攜程上定的最差的體驗了，首先酒店沒有固定的停車位，打電話讓我隨便找地方停，其次是酒店的門臉很少，房間衞生間的異味很大，排風沒用，沐浴露是那種幾十塊小旅館用的，洗完身上癢的很。再次我到前台拿一次性杯子告訴我沒了，後來給我找了很小的，孩子説這不是醫院裏接尿的那種嗎，最後一個酒店裡就一個前台服務員，我定的是3星的啊，還沒早餐，攜程太坑了，我定要打電話投訴，你們怎給標的三個星。
