五一帶家人來玩了三天，入住三卧別墅，酒店環境非常棒，家人都很滿意，設施很新，衞生良好，前台小沈，苗苗服務很熱情周到，三天叫了很多次高爾夫車接送，都很熱情迅速。早餐算得上豐盛，牛肉麪一絕！最後小插曲，退房後忘記了一個包，前台小沈，苗苗及時聯繫，但我沒看手機，已返程100餘公里，衹能快遞送來，非常感謝。國慶或者過年應該還會來的。

設施：因為酒店是新開的，所以設施什麼的都非常新穎！
衞生：很乾凈，住的很放心
環境：周邊沒什麼好玩的，要出去必須要駕車20公里以上，酒店裡的泳池暫時還沒有開放，但是看上去很讚的樣子，希望快點開放，等到天熱的時候再來避暑
服務：服務態度非常非常好！都是立大心細的年輕美女帥哥！想得也很周到，非常感謝可以給我們的旅行帶來快樂體驗！

帶家人來放鬆的，贏谷度假區裏面有茶山，有竹林，有草坪，聽前台介紹一期衹開放了20多個房間，我們入住的時候客人不多，收到了很大的關注，有帶小寶寶和長者，幫忙安排了靠近電梯的房間，寶寶也有嬰兒床，房間地暖開的很足，也有加濕器配備，很方便，給服務點贊😄👍

前台小姐姐服務非常好，前台小哥哥幫忙拿行李，一路送到房間，給我介紹了一遍整個度假區，雖然二期在施工⚠️，有些地方圍起來了，但是也不影響我，看美好的事物，非常推薦

服務很好，環境超級棒，野奢度假型酒店，因為今年新開設施很新很乾凈，泰式的裝修風格讓人眼前一亮，帶家人來很合適，房間的用品也不錯，提供茶咖啡和冰箱的免費酒水飲料。户外大草坪很舒適，可以露營，配了露營椅子帳篷。
