In a quiet location right opposite a tram stop but only houses in this area. 20 mins to Phantasialand and same into Cologne. Room was amazing with a really large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds so comfy. Breakfast was ok. Ate at hotel in restaurant and it was very nice. Staff lovely and helpful.

So einen trockenen, geschmacklosen und sogar abgebrannten Sauerbraten haben meine Freundin und ich noch nie gegessen. Der Kellner war freundlich bis wir reklamiert haben. Die Reklamation wurde beantwortet mit der Antwort, dass wir dafür viel gegessen hätten ohne Blick auf den Rest unter der Servietten, da der verkohlte Rest ungenießbar war. Der Koch muss den Zustand bemerkt haben und hat alles mit Soße überdeckt, so dass der erste Eindruck gut war. Eine Scheibe war nur trocken, aber dann kam der Rest einseitig verkohlt. Reklamationsprüfung und Reklamationsmanagement fand nicht statt. Wein, Wasser und Kaffee war ok. Die Verabschiedung eher kühl, die Preise im höheren Segment und das Ambiente nicht besonders. Daher sieht uns dieses Lokal NIE MEHR!!!
