Amenities made it very comfortable, and having lots of options for breakfast started our day off right.

The beds were awful. Our shoes stuck to the floors. Everything was run down and very used looking. No hot water and terrible water pressure.

Their descriptions of their hotel rooms are very deceptive. I booked what I thought was a double queen bed room…but instead it was a double room queen bed. Mind you this room was not any bigger standard room with a queen bed. I don’t understand why they listed a double room queen bed. I had four folks with us and one bed would not have been enough. Even when we were there…another family was checking in and their situation was just as bad. They ordered a cot and it wasn’t in their room and there were no remotes for their tv in the room. It was an extremely busy weekend so I even asked if we could upgrade to double bed and they had no rooms. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund 3 days and not that night. I am lucky I got that…and appreciate it, but I was still out $140 for a room I couldn’t use. And had it not been for their deceptive title, I would have booked correctly. Also note when we did get into the room…the floor felt like we were going to fall thru. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Our room didn’t lock we tried several times to get help from the front desk but it was either unattended or they were on the phone and made no effort to help.

It was a hotel. Quite worn, no elevator, breakfast room was tiny, breakfast..well it wasn't very good visually, we never ate there. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel mattress but still not the greatest. It was a hotel.

Beds were uncomfortable. Everything in the room was unplugged including the tv, fridge, direct tv box, lamps, etc. Towels were dirty and had holes in them. Room was cleaned even though we requested at the front desk that no one enter our room. Pool and hot tub were both drained so we could not use them. When we booked the room, we were under the impression that they would be available. Breakfast offered was horrible. We ate it one day, and ate out every day after that. Rooms need to be updated. We won’t be staying here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by a somewhat up kept "greeter." He checked us in, said all but 3 words to us, "ID - Credit Card - Sign this." That was it. At this point it was 11pm and we just drove from the North in a horrendous white out snow storm, so we did not really care to have much interactions ourselves, but holy no hospitality bud. Carrying on, we get into our room and I do my bug check. If you know what I mean, then great! You should all be doing bug and premise checks in every room. So we go into this room to do the check before anything goes in or around a room. You would not believe the room condition had I not taken picture and video. This room was a crack heads quick pit stop. There was blood on the mattress, pillows, walls, there was poop splatter on the toilet rim, an open box of Nerd candy just spilled behind the night stand, under the bed was a layer from the last hotel QC check of hair, dust, pet hair, food, crumbs, and who knows what else. The pillows were pee stained, blood spotted, and smelt horribly. We went back out to gather our stuff because after reading reviews we knew this was and is going to be a fight to report this hotel and get our money back. So, we chose to stay being it was already 00:30 when we got done contemplating if our lives were worthy of staying. As we go back out to our car to get our stuff, not once, not twice, but three times we triggered the auto sliding door. IT WONT LET ME CONTU :(

After reading the recent reviews I was a little reticent to stay here but decided to give it a go anyway. I stayed in room 121. It was okay, i had clean sheets and towels. But there were a couple random hairs on the shower wall. The bed was firm but comfy. The breakfast food was more continental than hot which is fine for me. Only hot item was waffle and toasts.

It was a place to lay our head and get out of the element. Nothing spectacular not exactly, clean bed was very uncomfortable.
