Super 8 by Wyndham Huron

The room was great clean, motel clean, It was a very cold night we stayed, room was warm, perfect. The spa was a green, water level was very low, the pool was too cool. The breakfast was ok, no eggs, no juice.

Check in was horrible. I was overcharged beyond what I paid to book the room. The breakfast you couldn’t eat it because it was old or stale. No juice because the machine was broken. The hot tub had bits of dirt or gravel in it. At checkout i inquired why I was being charged more and they said they would contact the owner and communicate with me. No contact. Won’t stay there again.

This was probably the worst hotel stay I have had in years. The pool was green and smelt like algae. The hot tub was out of service and appeared to have been for several months as there was bugs in it. Need to update website that you don’t have a working hot tub. Breakfast was at 6am went at 6:15 and nothing was turned on or ready. Only hot item was gravy for biscuits which had MOLD on it. No peanut butter or jelly for the toast. The day we were checking out (checkout is at 11am) at 9:30am they were knocking on our doors and seeing if we were checked out and then asking us “well what time do you think you will be leaving”. We told them 11am. We were all out talking by the pool at around 10:15am and they again asked us what time we think we will be leaving. We again told them 11am. They knocked on several other doors and people were still in there sleeping. If you don’t have confirmation someone has left do NOT be entering or knocking on doors until after check out time. They then continued to sit there and stare at us until we left. Terrible stay.

The rooms was not clean, hair and pee everywhere. Pool was dirty hottub was broke. Would not stay here. Staff was friendly

There was trash in our room. Beds were barely made. Terrible breakfast. I paid $137 for a terrible stay. And never anyone at the front desk either.

I liked that the shower had hot water! Was very disappointed that the hot tub was out of order part of why we booked at this motel was to soak in the hot tub! The beds had crumbs and the sink had orange stuff in it!
