The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very good and it is not expensive. It is beautiful and the food is also great and the service is good and the sea is very nice and big. You can go anywhere and the animation here is great. The whole team is very nice, especially Shika. He is a wonderful dancer. He has a very strange energy. He always dances with music and without music as well. I hope that I come here again and I will definitely come for a shika ❤

The room was so spacious, I was a solo traveler, but the room was big enough for 4 people. The room had its own walk in closet, and the bathroom was great. Shower space was huge, also had a spot to sit/ lie down whilst showering. There was also a nice balcony overseeing the resort. The rooms were cleaned everyday, I had a guy named Sabary cleaning my room, who is a top bloke, extremely hard working, and he could speak 4 languages (Arabic, English, Russian and German). He tried his absolute best to keep the rooms clean, and to ensure you were enjoying yourself. The food was great, there was a huge variety, the aqua park and pools were awesome. Everything about this resort was just brilliant.

The hotel is fully equipped, with swimming pools, slides, and various entertainment facilities, similar to several swimming pools plus a water park in China. There are more activities and local specialties every night. There are restaurants in various countries, such as Italian, Spanish and Mexican food, which are free, but you need to book seats in advance. Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

It’s probably ok for a family, but I’m the only one who didn’t like it there, there’s nothing outside the area, the sunbeds are filled up in the morning. People also come to dinner in advance) for me this is not a vacation, but some kind of battle for comfort) there is no evening animation for adults, I liked the food tolerable :) in general, if you are with a child, I recommend it, if you are without children, then there is nothing for you to do there . And it felt like I was the only one there without a tour operator)

Probably the best holiday I've ever had. Hotel is lovely and clean and offers spacious rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily and a different towel shaped surprise on the bed from elephants to swans to hearts. A very sweet touch. The resort is 3 hotels into one and you can walk to and from and use any of the facilities. There are lots if pools to choose from baby pools, kiddy pools, activity pools, foam party, swim pools with lanes, pools with nets, aqua park and wave pool. There's lots if sport activities in the aqua vista section. We enjoyed it near the aqua bar and children pool with slides. The waiters staff are very friendly and a special thanks to Ahmed Houssin at the aqua bar who worked very hard to take special care of us all holiday. We went on the boat trip to hula hula which was incredible. We saw dolphins, moray eel and thousands of fish snorkeling. Be sure to go to neverland also to see the show and museum in the evening which was amazing. Highly recommended and no complaints👌
