I won't recommend this resort, pharaoh azur resort needs to be upgraded with few basic things. Staff needs a basic training to treat all the guest equally. While waiting for my drinks at bar I could see they serve few guest with smile and flirting with them and rude to other guests at same time and making them to wait for longer. Waiters are very unprofessional, they don't even provide cutlery when requested or clear the table, but runs to few guests. Tips are basic requirement in this resort, they need dollars, pounds and euros. During my stay we had our lunch in beach restaurant couple of waiters behaviour is unacceptable. They try to be very friendly to teenage girls. There are few staffs like lady in pasta section and a guy in grill section and couple of waiters are really professional but 80% of staff needs to be disciplined. My daughter likes kids clubs, she always runs towards but here they are very unprofessional, we are travellers been to many resorts in Europe we are fine with non English speaking people but here they are rude to kids aswell, reception got no idea or any information. Over lookers and management needs to work together for staff training and also with sales persons pestering guests. Internet is very poor. During my stay I was talking to other guests had very similar opinion like us. This resort is huge and beautiful but lot needs to be improved. Not going back to Pharaoh Azur resort again. People book and PAY their holidays to relax and to enjoy their stay but not to be discriminated or to feel unwelcoming.

The hotel is in a resort ⛱️. The website says it is close to the diving shop. I booked it later. When I arrived, I found that it was not close at all. It was far away from anywhere. Unless you just plan to stay in the hotel for vacation ⛱️ and don’t want to go out. Otherwise, whether you are going to the city It takes about 40 minutes either by ATV or by taxi to the diving spot. However, if you sign up for ATV or something, there will usually be pick-up and drop-off. That is, if you want to go diving, you have to get up early. The hotel 🏨 includes three meals a day. There is a huge buffet restaurant, which looks like a rich variety of food. In fact, the quality is not high and the food is not very delicious. The self-service drinks, wine and barbecue are average. The hotel also has a Chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant, but reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. The reservation time is also required. It seems to be 10-12 o'clock in the morning and 15-17 o'clock in the afternoon. Reservations can only be made on site, not by phone, which is quite troublesome. Because I had to go out every day during those few days in Hurghada, I couldn’t make an appointment at his appointment time slot, so I kept eating at the buffet🙃🙃 The hotel covers a large area. The sea view room I booked has a decent view, but it is not as beautiful as the one in Indonesia. Then the room is also big, but there is only one bed and not even a sofa. The whole room seems empty. It can be seen that the facilities have been renovated, but if you look at it by five-star standards, it is still not enough. Three If it's four stars, that's almost it. The hotel also has a free bar, and the drinks they make are casual and not tasty at all. We were given three bottles of mineral water every day and flowers were placed in the room. The service was pretty good. If you are the kind of traveler who cares about service and hygiene, it is recommended to book directly with Sheraton or Hilton. After all, the brand is there and the service quality is guaranteed.

The rooms are very old. Everywhere is si dark . Even in the rooms. Some rooms doesnt have hot water for shower. Wayer is coming very little bit from shower. No ashtrays for smoking. Food selection is very poor in the morning. Drinks are fine. Stuff is friendly and helpful . They serve food but if they serve meat u can take very little for to go. I can stay here for a week. But if somebodys ask if i come back again then my answer would be no. Beach is the only good place in this hotel .

It was our 3rd visit t Desert Rose and it just gets better. We absolutely love this place, the staff are great and very welcoming. There is always plenty of food to eat you cannot go hungry always something for everyone. Lots of things to do or you can just relax if you wish. Plenty of security making guests feel safe at all times. The Guest Relations staff (Lucia) extremely helpful and always going the extra mile. Everywhere is lovely and clean, pools are fantastic. Lots to do for kids too. We will definitely be booking for a 4th time as cannot get enough of Desert Rose.

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

Booked more than 400 per night with three meals for two. This big hotel is only my Chinese and the others are blonde. The hotel is beautiful and the red castle type is very Arabic. There is more than an hour of free performances every night in a semicircular theater. The hotel also has a small museum. There are several swimming pools, and in winter there is a heated pool where you can play water volleyball. You can also play mini golf, darts, table tennis, tennis, aerobics and parent-child activities for free. Three meals a day are good. There are several restaurants, and the ice cream shop cafe bar is free. It's a little far from the beach but there is a shuttle bus. I didn't go to the beach because I booked a two-day trip to the sea. It doesn't matter if the hotel is not at the beach if I feel the sea. A five-minute walk near the hotel has a very large variety of supermarkets that can be visited for a long time. If you are tired of the hotel, you can change the taste at several restaurants in the supermarket entrance. There are also shops and supermarkets in the hotel, and the prices are ok. A small road next to it is Jungle Paradise Hotel, which is bigger like a big park to visit, and no Asian can see it. Stayed for three nights and did n’t have enough. I just left the terrain and left. Try the next Jungle Paradise Hotel next time.
