Most of them are European and American families. If you are traveling with children, I recommend staying here. You must order three meals a day to ensure satisfaction. Children can have fun. There are also children's programs in the evening. If you are not on a long vacation, there is no need to stay in this type of hotel just to visit the Red Sea water project.
Facilities: The hotel has many restaurants, buffet restaurants and reservation restaurants. Some people say that they cannot make a reservation for the seafood restaurant, which is possible. Other restaurants are also good.
Environment: I am very satisfied with the environment and supporting facilities. Although I don’t like to go to the swimming pool in the afternoon sun, I like to get up early for sunrise and the beach after sunset.
Service: The habit of tipping is what Egyptian waiters expect now. My suggestion is that if you are satisfied with their service, about one dollar is fine. They will be very happy and positive. You will also get more positive and friendly service.
During our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings. Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured.
The Good
- The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids.
- The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience.
The Not-So-Good
1. Questionable All-Inclusive Facilities & Timings
The biggest disappointment of our stay was the deliberate clash in operating times for different amenities. For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM. This left us scrambling to enjoy everything in the tiny time-slots available and made it nearly impossible to take full advantage of what's included.
Even more frustratingly, theme park rides for adults were bizarrely restricted, with only one ride open per night as a rule. This limited options and left us wondering why the resort would restrict its own attractions.
2. Artificially Prolonged Queues
Breakfast became a daily test of patience. The focus on one egg station for omelets—not even offering options like scrambled or fried eggs—created unnecessarily long lines. It often felt like the resort intentionally used these extended wait times to waste your morning, essentially cutting into the time you could use for exploring the resort’s facilities. Not ideal when you're already struggling to balance overlapping schedules!
3. Staff Attitude & Service
Another major letdown was the attitude of many staff members. We found them to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and sometimes even outright rude. When raising questions or trying to understand how things worked, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. Customer service is key in any resort, and unfortunately, Jungle Aqua Park missed the mark on this front.
- Better alignment of operating times across the resort to allow guests to enjoy all-inclusive perks without a rushed experience.
- More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark.
- Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety.
- Training the staff to prioritize customer service and handle guest inquiries more politely would greatly enhance the guest experience.
While Jungle Aqua Park showed flashes of potential in terms of its facilities, the inefficiencies and poor management of schedules made it difficult to fully enjoy what was offered. What should have been a stress-free, family-friendly vacation often turned into a logistical challenge, filled with avoidable friction and unnecessary waiting. With improvements in scheduling, staff attitude, and a more guest-centered approach, this resort could truly shine. However, as it stands now, I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing time.
there were some services I was amazed of like a person coming with you with a signaling stick when you want to cross the street in front of the resort so that cars would be aware and reduce the speed in time and providing refreshing towels at the pool. Everything else was amazing, nice people with a good attitude. What they can do as improvement is to replace the slower gel and the shampoo as the current products are not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is fully equipped, with swimming pools, slides, and various entertainment facilities, similar to several swimming pools plus a water park in China. There are more activities and local specialties every night. There are restaurants in various countries, such as Italian, Spanish and Mexican food, which are free, but you need to book seats in advance. The hotel can directly about diving, etc., you need to negotiate your own price, at your own expense, about 400 RMB per person, the price is moderate. Overall, it is a very good hotel, the price is quite high. The hotel is almost full of European tourists, there are few Chinese, and the service staff is very enthusiastic.
When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk was very impatient and asked me to show the reservation information myself. There were too many orders and he couldn't find it. Then he saw that my attitude was not very good and said he found it. He kept asking about the situation of four people staying in a triple room. I have two adults and two children, so the reservation information is for four people. The price was also adjusted up. It took a long time to check in. Other than that, everything is OK. It is very suitable for families with children. Full meals are included. The price-performance ratio is OK! Except that the front desk was not very friendly at the beginning, I didn't feel obvious discrimination against Chinese people. Overall, it was OK!
1. Independent beach resort, all-inclusive, but the food is all white food, alas, not delicious, the only thing is that there is shrimp one night, which is ok, but not delicious at other times, Chinese stomach can't get used to it, the only Chinese restaurant needs to be booked in advance to enter
2. The hotel has an independent beach and sea area for snorkeling, which is pretty good, overall OK
3. Basically considered a foreigner, stayed for 4 days, and didn't see a single East Asian face👀
4. The bedding in the room is very poor, the sheets are pilling
Before booking, I saw some reviews about the hotel's discriminatory treatment and was quite worried, but after checking in, I felt that it was beyond my expectations.
1. At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken. It was not repaired after two days of repair. We applied for a room change, and the hotel responded very quickly and changed the room. Later, when we met the hotel staff, they still asked us enthusiastically whether the air conditioner was repaired.
2. Because of the temporary change of itinerary, we communicated with the hotel whether we could refund one night's room fee. The hotel also cooperated very well and refunded the fee. I also thank Ctrip's customer service for their hard work in following up.
Of course, there are some shortcomings:
1. I don't know if it's because of this season, there are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! Especially if you have travel plans in the near future, you must bring mosquito repellent items! Of course, you can also ask housekeeping to provide mosquito repellent. My child was bitten 16 times on his face on the first night, and both hands were swollen (we also beat mosquitoes for half a night and killed 5!).
2. We booked a three-meal all-inclusive package. Maybe because we have lived in the UAE for a long time, we have adapted to the white food a little bit, but in fact, we couldn't eat it on the third day. So Chinese stomachs can choose two meals and go out to eat some seafood to adjust (the hotel all-inclusive package does not include seafood).
Overall, it's OK, and the kids also had a lot of fun
The room is just like a normal five-star hotel, but the overall service is very good, the all-inclusive breakfast is very delicious, and the overall service of the hotel is very good, but if you want to book those entertainment activities, it is recommended not to book from the hotel, the price will be inflated, about 40 US dollars, but if you book for four people, it should be about 600 pounds, such as chasing dolphins, so it is not recommended to book anything at the hotel, but the overall facilities of the hotel are very good, and it is very large, there is a beach, a sea gym, the food is delicious, and there are two restaurants. I recommend everyone to come to this hotel. It is good
The room was so spacious, I was a solo traveler, but the room was big enough for 4 people. The room had its own walk in closet, and the bathroom was great. Shower space was huge, also had a spot to sit/ lie down whilst showering. There was also a nice balcony overseeing the resort. The rooms were cleaned everyday, I had a guy named Sabary cleaning my room, who is a top bloke, extremely hard working, and he could speak 4 languages (Arabic, English, Russian and German). He tried his absolute best to keep the rooms clean, and to ensure you were enjoying yourself. The food was great, there was a huge variety, the aqua park and pools were awesome. Everything about this resort was just brilliant.
The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.
Thanks sunrise team.

曹曹The hotel is very good, next to the Sunrise Hotel, the beach is shared and the space is super large. The hotel has an exclusive bay and the swimming pool is large. The most satisfying thing is to eat, the Mediterranean restaurant is the best, there is a restaurant by the pool, ready to serve. The holiday is very good! The room was super large and also sent a variety of fruit drinks to the room, the waiter was more enthusiastic.
LlovelyjThe hotel rooms are large and well-equipped. Children eat and stay for free. It's an all-inclusive package and the food is OK. There is plenty of meat, but no seafood. The hotel has a beach and you can snorkel. It's just that it's a bit cold to go in the water in winter. But there are two heated swimming pools, which makes up for the regrets of the children.
LLIBooked more than 400 per night with three meals for two. This big hotel is only my Chinese and the others are blonde. The hotel is beautiful and the red castle type is very Arabic. There is more than an hour of free performances every night in a semicircular theater. The hotel also has a small museum. There are several swimming pools, and in winter there is a heated pool where you can play water volleyball. You can also play mini golf, darts, table tennis, tennis, aerobics and parent-child activities for free. Three meals a day are good. There are several restaurants, and the ice cream shop cafe bar is free. It's a little far from the beach but there is a shuttle bus. I didn't go to the beach because I booked a two-day trip to the sea. It doesn't matter if the hotel is not at the beach if I feel the sea. A five-minute walk near the hotel has a very large variety of supermarkets that can be visited for a long time. If you are tired of the hotel, you can change the taste at several restaurants in the supermarket entrance. There are also shops and supermarkets in the hotel, and the prices are ok. A small road next to it is Jungle Paradise Hotel, which is bigger like a big park to visit, and no Asian can see it. Stayed for three nights and did n’t have enough. I just left the terrain and left. Try the next Jungle Paradise Hotel next time.

AAnonymous UserThe morning buffet was a bit white, the lunch buffet was yyds, the hotel service was excellent, except that the location was not suitable for those who like to have fun in the center of Hurghada. If you want to relax and have a holiday, it should be the best place by the Red Sea
GGuest UserWe booked two family suites, each with two bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. But we were not arranged in the same building. The room size is not large, and the facilities are old. The bathroom is also unremarkable. The resort is not small. After checking in at the entrance, there will be a battery car to the room. Parking is convenient. It has its own beach, a swimming pool, and there should be a water park, but it was very windy on the day we checked in, so we couldn't experience these facilities at all. The room rate includes dinner. We had dinner and we were full, but it was not good. We set off early in the morning, so we didn't experience breakfast. If you want to pack breakfast, you need to book it in advance with the front desk. The hotel is still a distance from the city, and it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to drive. There is a store selling souvenirs and clothes at the entrance of the hotel. It looks large, but the price is expensive and the quality is average. In short, it is not meaningful to stay in a seaside resort on a windy day in January, and I didn't really experience the value of the resort. Fortunately, the cost performance is still relatively high, so it is worth recommending from this perspective.
HHuluxiongI stayed with a group for a few days and then extended my stay for another day. The price tripled on New Year's Eve. I was exhausted after a day at sea. When I came back for dinner, I was not allowed in. I was told to go back to the room to find the invitation card... The whole New Year's Eve event was not good.
