Not my first stay & won't be my last.
Very convenient location for central Hurghada.
Considering how noisy the streets can be, inside Zak, it's lovely & quiet.
The pool area is great & although too cold the swimming pool kept well.
Rooms are large, nice size balconies, decent shower & comfy beds.
Wifi could be improved.
Kettle & fridge in rooms, no cafe/restaurant at Zak, but there's a decent supermarket less than 2 minutes walk
Staff are kind & helpful.
Overall, it was a great stay for a very reasonable price.

Hot water not work. In room no wifi, only lobby & swimming poor can connect.

Don't book this hotel! I went out to sea in the morning and locked the door with my key before going out. When I arrived at night, the door of the room was wide open. I immediately went to the front desk, and the front desk calmly asked, "Did you lose something?" Maybe the housekeeping staff forgot to close it. The door was wide open all day. Fortunately, I locked all my things in the box when I went out. If I lost something, the consequences would be disastrous. I asked them to check the surveillance to see if anyone else had entered the room, but they didn't check it. In the end, the matter was left unresolved. When I checked out, they asked me for a good review.
And the shower in the room is just a decoration. The water output is pitiful. The water flow is as big as a finger, and it is difficult to take a shower.
In short, I don't recommend this hotel. Please avoid it.

The hair dryer was broken. I asked the front desk for a hair dryer, but it didn't work. Battle damaged version experience. The atmosphere on the road outside is also quite chaotic and noisy. The check-in attitude at night was relatively cold, maybe the staff were tired. The room on the first floor was quite humid.

I stayed here for a diving trip. It’s a very good place to stay and helpful staff. Restaurants near by and a supermarket and an exchange kiosk for money. Hus was very helpful with my check out. I will come back here to stay the next time I am in Hurghada.
