Neverland ( jungle aqua park )
It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic ,
The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle ,
The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection ,
There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family

The water park was a pleasant surprise. Cozy houses. Very scary slides. Not everyone had time to decide to ride. Maybe next time)
For those traveling for the first time, I recommend taking corrals.

Very large hotel, large clean rooms, restaurants with plenty of food. Nice staff, always helpful. The bus to the beach runs every 20 minutes

Fantastic family holiday got upgraded to a family suite which is absolutely huge. Staff can't do enough for you. always interacting with the kids.main part of the holiday is the waterpark this is the best we've been to. Food was good. Alcoholic drinks was OK. Always something going on plenty for the kids to do. The gardeners do an amazing job keeping the grounds tidy.

The hotel was okay. When we first got there, we had to wait in the reception area for quite a while to get sorted and get our room even though it wasn't busy at all (we got there at 8:00pm). We stayed in the deluxe family room with really nice views. The rooms were quite big and the bathrooms were lovely. The food paces were quite far away from our room which wasn't ideal with young children. They had a bus that was supposed to come every 15 minutes, however we would wait longer (upto half an to 45 minutes). We ended up walking most days we stayed there as it was difficult to stand around waiting with kids. It was a 20-25 minute walk from our room to the food places. I wasn't blown away with the food either- I was expecting a lot more variety in food and desserts however, much to my disappointment there wasn't a lot. It was the same food pretty much every day and only 3-4 desserts (cakes) everyday. The room service was quite slow too, often having to wait a long while for towels. When ringing reception for something e.g. milk we were told to wait for someone but after hours of waiting no one would come so again we had to go to reception from our room to get these things. The water park and the pools were good. Lots of different slides and the pools were clean. Lots of space as well. Overall it was okay but I wouldn't go back to this place again

Honestly the best family holiday we’ve ever been to, i couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Highly highly recommended. This resort has EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE. It’s soooo amazing, the staff are fantastic, the customer service is extremely exceptional. The food is also very good 7/10 for for. Over all 5 stars for me.

Wow!!!! 10 stars this place!!!!! Amazing . Only checked in for a few days, wish I’d of booked 2 whole weeks. This place is huge!! We were located in the 6000 block . Stunning. Fresh, clean. ALL staff are polite, friendly. Please remember to tip . Count this cost b into your holiday before you go. These staff work very hard in that heat and always smile. Yes it’s all inclusive. But £1 tip is much appreciated. Everything was included. Ice creams, candy floss, arcades, funfair, bikes, boats! My kids were in heaven! A big massive Thankyou to Ismael on reception for arranging my daughter’s 10th birthday! Omg it was fantastic . Restaurant booked, flowers on table, cake brought out. It was the TG restaurant upstairs. I am so looking forward to going back to this hotel. Food all day so we just had lazy mornings didn’t need to rush. Always a sunbed. Not that many in Nevaland but lots b of shade and tables and chairs. Slides, foam party , surfing great entertainment. You will NEVA be bored here! Night time was fun. Have dinner then go to arcades. Then go watch the show Kids outdoor cinema too. Only thing spoilt it was constant spa hassle. We did have the girls hair braided £50. Once he started he kept asking for more money. Obviously I didn’t understand!!! Once again this place is huge. Staff are wonderful. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Thankyou and we shall see you soon.xx god bless

A fantastic holiday! The resort is amazing, there was so much to do with all the water slides and activities! One of the best holidays we have had and will be rebooking for next year Clean, lots of choice for food and brillaint water park
