here we go one more time our second time in Madinat Makadi the hotel Jaz Makadina is really very good hotel with very nice beach and also very nice and heated pools ,room is really good and cleaned every day by the housekeeper and with a nice view also thanks a lot for the animation team all of you are really doing a great job

a very nice hotel with the best staff ever they are very friendly and helpful doing their best to make you happy , room was very clean , food was really tasty , bar mans making the best cocktails and the animation team are the best with a lot of activities and different shows every day and sure we will comeback very soon

Very great hotel, we was here for the second time. For diver adventures you have a great dive center here. Very nice people at the animation team and every thing that u need, you will get. Sehr gutes Hotel mit einem sehr netten Animationsteam. Für Taucher/Einsteiger ist ein perfektes Tauchzentrum unmittelbar im Hotel angeschlossen. Macht mega Laune. Sind das zweite mal hier gewesen.

Just came back from this beautiful hotel. I spent a week with the family and it was incredible. The staff and service were optimum, they always around and going beyond expectations. The beach is sandy with many snorkelling areas. The food is yummy with variety of eastern and western dish, special thanks to chief Mahmoud who made sure the food is spot on. The room and pool area is clean and safe for the kids. All on all we had amazing time and will go back next year.

This is our second time in this amazing hotel, in fact I decided to come with my whole family this time as we enjoyed it so much last time. The staff are amazing, very friendly and always want to help. chief Mahmoud Gad from Kitchen management made us feel very special. My personal thanks to him and all kitchen staff in particular.

We stayed in Makadina in the beginning of November for the almost one week. And we are very happy with our stay! The hotel is really nice with the beautiful rooms, 5 star service, beautiful area, friendly staff and it is so nice that we can walk around as it is part of mini town of Madinat Makadi. Also we visited the Aquaprk and we got a lot of fun! We felt, and all others guests I think, so special there and warm welcomed by everyone. Just we want to say big thanks to everyone and mention some names of the staff with whose we were in contact every day and they were so nice to us: First of all big thanks to Mr. Khaled from Front Office and his team for the warm welcome, nice room and special arrangement for our anniversary! Thanks to Mostafa from Housekeeping, who took care about our room (309) Thanks to the Chef Najha and his team, we loved the food! Thanks to Mostafa from Aqua and Mahmoud from Al Masry as they were very attentive to us. And last but not least, thanks to Disco from animation and his team, we enjoyed all activities and the evening program! Keep it up and we hope to come back P. S. We have two negative points to suggest: the Wi-Fi in the room is very weak and unfortunately, the dinner with a-la carte option is available one time only, but could be more as there a lot of restaurants on the area which we wanted to try (the Nino was nice ).

We are enjoyed in our vacation this is first time in Jaz Makadina animation team are really friendly ( Omran Desco Lera X and Caro ) the service is good the rooms are clean and also the staff are friendly thank you for everyone make our vacation good

Absolutely gorgeous hotel set in well tended gardens sitting right on the beach, staff were all very helpful and friendly although some did ask for tips whilst serving you. The reason I have only given the place two stars is due entirely down to the poor quality of the food and drinks, as this is an all inclusive hotel and there are only a couple of independent restaurants close by you have to eat at the hotel. The drinks, wine and beer were often not cold in fact the wine was occasionally warm. The food was bland and it was difficult to find a combination of items that went together to make a complete meal, it was also when we ate towards the end of a sitting Luke warm, if you offer a service for several hours the food should be as good for the late eaters and the early ones. Even the fruit was of poor quality melon hard and tasteless if not good.We were asked by a lady round the pool, a member of staff, if everything was ok and we told her our thoughts on the food and she said she would discuss it with the exec chef who we saw many times wandering around perusing his domain think his time would be better spent in the kitchens planning and checking meals were worth serving. One special mention to the guy who cleaned our room every day he did a really great job and checked with us that we were happy with his work, he also amused us with a different towel sculpture of a different animal each night now he was worth a tip when we left and he never once asked us for one.
