I had a love hate relationship with this hotel. The good points is the outside pool area was amazing but on the down side the pool was very slippy getting into it I witness quite a few people falling when they were getting into the pool. The room was very dated but was pretty clean the cleaner was in every day. The food was ok I always found something to eat. All inclusive alcohol was disgusting did not drink any of it. Night entertainment was also terrible. Became quite annoying with people trying to sell you trips spa treatments by the pool. This was happening every day. In saying that would I go back probably.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Great staff by the pool who always made the effort to include everyone in the games and entertainment. Rawan was a great entertainment worker who always made us feel comfortable and welcome in the hotel! The rooms are great and always cleaned daily with fresh towels. Amazing hotel

While the hotel presents itself beautifully in terms of décor and ambience, my recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of serious issues that overshadowed the initial charm. To begin, Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area, which is extremely limiting in today’s world, particularly for travellers needing to work or stay connected. The staff interactions left much to be desired. On multiple occasions, requests or concerns were met with indifference or outright rudeness — a level of service far below what one would expect from a professionally run establishment. The room itself, while visually appealing, suffered from significant maintenance problems. The shower leaked, the toilet was temperamental, and most frustratingly, the air conditioning unit leaked directly above the television, which rendered the TV unusable. This was not only inconvenient but also potentially dangerous from an electrical standpoint. The dining situation was another area of concern. There were no labels on any food items, making it unsafe for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. Inquiries about ingredients were either met with confusion or a lack of interest. For a hotel catering to international guests, this is simply unacceptable. Perhaps most disappointing of all was the atmosphere. The hotel seemed to attract an above-average number of unpleasant and inappropriate guests, with several instances of openly discrimination and disturbing behaviour. This created a deeply uncomfortable environment and raised concerns about guest safety and management’s oversight. While I did encounter a few genuinely kind guests and staff, they were the exception rather than the norm. When medical assistance was needed. The practitioner/doctor there was more interested in finance and insurance instead of prompt reaction to the situation medical situation. In summary, although the hotel has strong visual appeal, the combination of poor service, unacceptable maintenance issues, food safety risks, and a disturbing guest environment makes it very difficult to recommend. I would strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere unless substantial improvements are made.
