This is the first time my wife and I have been to Egypt and it was absolutely fabulous, we stayed at the Pharaoh Azur resort hotel in Hurghada which was perfect in every way, the food was excellent, plenty of choice and always fresh you never had to wait for anything, the staff could not do enough for you they were so friendly and helpful everywhere in the hotel from the guys sweeping the floor to the barmen and pool staff, all were wonderful and friendly, this was also our first time All Inclusive and we could not have found a better place to start, perfect. The hotel had everything, a beautiful pool and kids pool, an indoor pool and Gym, 2 A la cartd restaurants included in All inclusive a great beach with jetties for you to swim and snorkel off, a bar on the beach and huge beach restaurant for lunch with great choices and freshly made pizzas. Free towels at the beach and Pool. We could not fault our holiday from arriving at Manchester airport and travelling on Easy Jet to when we flew back in to Liverppol again on Easy jet, everything was on time and ran perfectly.

Loved our stay here, animations team were lovely especially Lisa and Capuccino, always happy and smiling . Great staff all round especially at the bars . Very friendly, only thing missing is gluten free options but food is pretty good but maybe needs more variety. Always a hello from everyone and service is great everywhere .

We visited Pharoah Azur at the end of November and stayed in room 223 in main hotel on 1st floor . Room was comfortable and had everything we needed and a lovely view and balcony of the pool and the surrounding area. Good air conditioning and fridge worked but drinks not replaced daily compared to friends we met. Cleaner was friendly and always had fresh towels and a tidy room. Staff very friendly all over the hotel and in the small shop next to reception area. Spa is well worth a visit. Beach area lovely but would recommend beach shoes for the sea as rocky when entering the sea. Food was varied and always lots of choice. Fresh pasta dishes at lunch were lovely and bbq food. Ala carte Italian restaurant was amazing, food good and staff very friendly and quick service . Asain food restaurant was not very nice and service slow. Pizza freshly made at the beach Visited Luxor while here and would do again . Would visit this hotel again

Had the best holiday ever great hotel and all staff friendly and helpful plenty entertainment the entertainment team have been great to food has lots of choices will definitely be back we spent two weeks here it's been amazing sad to leave tomorrow

Lovely hotel and staff everyone is good fun, very helpful and really friendly, excellent animation team with entertainment each evening. This is my second visit. Lovely pool area, the beach is a short walk through the grounds There is the main restaurant, Beach restaurant, 3 a la carte restaurants, lunchtime food is also served near the pool.

I am currently staying at the hotel and I wanted to thank all the staff at the hotel, especially the general manager, he is a person who has great experience in how to deal with visitors in a distinctive and beautiful way. I also want to thank all the hotel departments, everything is clean and tidy, and I would also like to thank the animation staff very much, they are the best and finest animation ever, they do a good job with the visitors and you always see a smile on their faces, we loved them very much, thank you very much

Me and my wife have just had one of the best 7 day stay at the resort the staff from the cleaning staff , kitchen,bar staff and pool lads who make sure you are cared for all day and all the management a wonderful team and thanks to them all for making our holiday 1 to remember we will return thank you so much mark and kazz
