The hotel is very beautiful, but there is serious discrimination against Chinese people! There are many European and American people in the hotel who are retiring here. The waiters nodded and bowed to them, but ignored the Chinese people. Especially in the sea view restaurant, there is a chef who makes omelettes and stir-fried shrimps. Very beautiful hotel with good service and good food in the buffet restaurant. The hotel is right on the Red Sea. It has its own private beach. The water quality of the swimming pool is also good. The drinks at the bar are delicious.

Very nice hotel with everything you need to have a pleasant time.
The rooms are very spacious and the bedding is excellent.
The staff is lovely although my arrival was very complicated and unpleasant after a long journey: room which did not correspond to my reservation (2 single beds instead of a double bed), I was made to make 3 round trips to the reception (which is far away) before offering me a decent room!

Highly recommended. The Arabian-style white dome house is very beautiful on the beach. The facilities and sanitation are very good. Each room has a small balcony. There is a private beach where you can snorkel. There is a very beautiful coral reef. All meals and drinks are included. The bag is very cost-effective, and the cleopatra bazar is right across the street.

Another exceptional vacation in Arabella
Thanks to all team members starting from bell man, E block house keeping Aref to the front office manager Mr. Bebawy, animation team, all bar men, all chefs.
Food was amazing and all varieties.

We had a somewhat noisy room near the main entertainment the first night (fortunately not repeated) and the bed was a little firm. Location is excellent with easy walks along the beech and into town. Great swimming with lots of fish direct from the beech. Food was ok but generally found food in Egypt to be uninspiring so no worse than others. Dining room had great view of the sea as did our room. Great pools though the large one was VERY cold. Lots of facilities on site but some closed as out of season.
