The hotel was really nice they had lots of food choices and drink choices, BUT it was the staff that made this hotel, i went we 3 of my friends we are all female , one of the days were we had no trips plans we decided just to have a walk around the local area, when we left and came back reception was really busy so the guys didn’t see us, once we were back in our room’s reception started calling us just to check that we were all ok because they hadn’t seen us, of course you don’t have to say hi to reception apart from when you need/want something but we always waved at them when we see them , but as a female in a different country where you don’t speak the language i really like this the fact the hotel staff was worried about us and our safety and all the staff are lovely and funny. They became more like our friends then hotel staff can not fault them one bit

First time staying here. I have booked again for next year. The location is perfect . Right in the mix of things. Solo female. Felt safe and very welcome at this hotel. Rooms at front can be very noisy as Egypt never sleeps. Room service is cheap. Staff are friendly . Massage was good. Beach is amazing . Smaller complex so no walking for miles for the pool or beach . The all inclusive food not great but does the job . Caribbean bar food amazing and settings 10/10 Wheelchair accessible Always had a sunbed ready for me. A tip goes a long way.

Very nice hotel, the food was great, we got the suite, perfect for three ladies on a trip! The sunbeds were perfect, we had a very good time! The staff was very friendly! There were always something to eat if you missed the meals in the restaurant!

Don't come to this hotel. Try to steal you money from the beginning... They want to charge us after use the Spa (paid 100£ and to the restaurant 50£). The security guy was following to us at all time, when we just want to get a breakfast at the restaurant... After it, they try to charge us 100 Euros for 4 people, 25 euros each (where you can find a beach close to this hotel for just 1 Euro called Hun Summer, and is amazing place to stay and so cheap). In the hotel, the recepcionist speak to us very rude, as the security. Funny moment: when I said to who can I speak about the price, their said that no one speak English... then why u working in a hotel where you recieve tourist people... The director very rude as well... Don't host in this hotel, all very diry with flys...

beautiful place, great holiday for families, great people, close to the center, pretty good food, great animations and shows, private comfortable beach, good snacks at night, excellent service at the reception, the hotel staff is cleaning the room. :))

I was discriminated against by the shift manager and security personnel including my black British friend while coming with my friends to the Caribbean bar with a reservation inside. Discriminating against Egyptians in our own country and treating everyone else including my friends without asking them for any ID. They ask people based on color and gender. The manager was rude and he said you are not welcomed inside because you are an Egyptian and my friend because he is black. And when I asked about any written information for this discrimination, they refused. When I tried to call the police on them, they now apologized and let me in. But I won’t come there again.

Loved it! ✨️❤️ Superfriendly staff & good service! The Spa was amazing, I recommend Olfat! The horseriding in the desert/Red Sea was incredible (Soulhorses)!! Sunwebs trip to Luxor & The Valley of the Kings was beyond, their guide was like a well of knowledge! Had a magical time in paradise 💝🌞 Should had booked 2 weeks 😅🙌10/10 🌞🧜🏼♀️🌴 Videos on tiktok: hbgswe

One of young men on the reception does not speak english, at all. The rest, so and so. Wi fi very bad. There is no great selection of food but enough.The boy who cleaned room, very polite, smiley but once was boring. If I hang up on door do not clean, that's it. I was sleeping longer and he phoned from another room to come to clean and he woke me up. Everything else, ok.

The service in this hotel is very good. I like that everything is compact and close by. The beach is very nice and the sea is clear. The food is good for the price. The entertainment people are amazing, always nice and smiling, especially George, Tony, Ash and Mido. They entertain people throughout the day and night with many fun activities. I give my all recommendations for this hotel and it’s staff.
