The sheets and pillowcases were seriously pilled. I asked someone to change them but they still stayed the same. They felt very gritty when I slept on them. The air conditioner made a loud noise. I wanted to change rooms. The service staff told me that every room was like this. I even smiled embarrassedly. It was difficult to eat. The food is terrible and the room is very small. This is the worst hotel in Egypt during this trip.

I would like to recommend the hotel it’s in quite area away from city with fantastic atmosphere coral reefs in the sea which help you to enjoy snorkelling about the hotel it’s nice good service huge aqua park w warm swimming pool very nice garden rooms is clean and well renovated all in all they offer good level of hospitality.

This hotel is located 20 mins from the airport of Hurghada. Sahl Hasheesh is a very special area, nothing like Hurghada. The hotel amazing, perfect for couples, families or friends. There is green area, so many pools so it doesnt feel crowded. the restaurant are great, many different types of a la carte, and main restaurant. The beach is sandy, but it has corals also. You have to walk a little for the sea because of the tidal phenomenon, but it was not bothering. The rooms is perfect for two people, everyday cleaning is included. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It also has a huge aquapark near the beach and snakc bars.

The hotel was brilliant world class hospitality you are well looked after and the people at the hotel are so welcoming can’t thank them enough. Very good place that accommodate needs of whole families. You don't need to leave the area, lovely time snorkeling and walk along the beach. Managed to see fantastic sunrise while on morning walk at 6.00AM. Well recommended place to visit - totally safe.

The hotel is spotless so clean The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile very good with children. The main restaurant under the management of Mohamed is excellent he keeps the staff on their toes nothing to much trouble food is good a wide selection love the breads Lovely location in the bay not to far from Hurgarda
