تجربة جميلة جدا وكل العاملين في الفندق علي أعلي مستوي من الاحترام وتلبيه كل شيء والبحر جميل وحمام السباحه وكل طقم الشو والانيميش والعاملين علي البحر أحمد جمال ومؤمن عصام كانوا في خدمة كل النزاء بلا استثناء كرم عامل الغرف والشيف أحمد في وجبه الشكشوكه في الإفطار جميلة وكل العاملين في الريسبشن الاستاذ محمد ووائل وكل العاملين بصراحه محترمين جدا واتمنى نكرر التجربة تاني

The hotel is very old and the staff is bad. The facilities in the rooms are inadequate. For example, there are no slippers in the rooms. Last night I had to go to the reception twice to ask for slippers and waited for about an hour. The food is a complete fiasco. The breakfast options are very few and everything is stale.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel à Hurghada ! La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et très bien entretenue. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la vue, qui a été une belle surprise à laquelle je ne m’attendais pas.
Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été chaleureusement accueillie par le réceptionniste qui a fait mon check-in. Il parlait un excellent français et m’a immédiatement fait sentir comme chez moi. Un des bagagistes était également très aimable et professionnel.
Au restaurant italien, Fouad est une véritable perle, et le serveur Abdo a offert un service impeccable. Côté spa, Maryam et Aya, ainsi que la masseuse (dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu le nom), ont été tout simplement incroyables. L’ensemble du personnel est hautement qualifié, attentif et toujours soucieux de rendre le séjour des clients inoubliable.
L’ambiance est calme et agréable, et bien que j’ai voyagé seule, je ne me suis jamais sentie mal à l’aise, bien au contraire : tout était parfait pour se détendre. Les plages sont absolument magnifiques.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’espère pouvoir y revenir pour un séjour encore plus long.

優點:房間和床很大，環境安靜優美，走幾步就可以看到湛藍的大海，早餐品類豐富，晚上有吧枱，可以免費享受雞尾酒🍸
缺點就是房間設備老化，浴缸有點老舊，離市區有點遠，購物不太便利

地理位置和室外環境都很好，就是房間太破舊了，第一晚洗手池的塞子壞了叫人來修理，第二晚空調漏水又來修理，半夜又漏，洗澡水水不熱，床頭燈有一個是壞的，因為是電源問題而不是燈泡，懶得折騰。
自助餐廳每天都非常多人，都是德國的遊客比較多。工作人員算還可以，不過不失。
唯一的優點是海景很美，距離沙灘幾步路而已。客房的工作人員倒是很nice，還給我們整毛巾花活兒。
