I really loved our stay, our room was nice and clean, everyday our room was made up and we got new toiletries and water bottles. Everyone in the resort was very nice and friendly, they always had a smile on their faces. There is a good choice of different pools, the adult pool was nice and quiet and good for swimming. The food was great too with lots of choice and it's been presented beautifully. The waiters were very attentive. The animation was good also and the free cocktails and coffee at the Ivy Bar was lovely. I would definitely come back again.

Hotel is terrible, the rooms are very small and the food is very bad and worst of all the staff are not helpful at all and very rude especially mr ayman the head of security who failed to help and didn’t do anything except blame us when a drunk man flashed everyone in the hotel restaurant.

Just finishing a few nights here after our liveaboard. The food is not extensive, but is good. Pools are very clean and lots of cleaning going on. The beds were good compared withost Egyptian beds. Plenty of space to get away from loud music and adult areas to get away from the kids. The aqua park is a bonus tbh. Our room (I forgot we upgraded to premium) was very spacious. Premium also included access to the American Diner (Grease) and also entitled up to free access to the Asian (Japanese themed restaurant), which was very good. Nice beach and good service

We stayed at this hotel in February! I would like to thank the hotel staff for their good work! Cleaning every day. The hotel grounds are clean and beautiful! The food is delicious and varied! I would also like to thank the animation team for their good work! You are the best!!! They never let you get bored on this vacation! The hotel was great, amazing amenities and super friendly staff/people! Especially Sonja and Spider were really nice and fun! We also enjoyed the shows! The outdoor pool area is beautiful and you can go straight from the hotel to the beach. Definitely a place to go!
