Fort Arabesque Resort, Spa & Villas

We only had a short stay at Fort Arabesque but it was an amazing 5 days. Not only is the place extremely beautiful and well kept but the staff made our experience even better. Pictures and videos don’t do this place justice as it is even prettier in real life and the vibe is even better. We had lunch everyday at the beach bar as the food was consistently delicious, all together there were 7 of us and they were always very accommodating. In addition to this all the staff members at the beach bar (chefs included) made us feel so special and welcomed everyday. There are a lot of activities to do throughout the day, we tried water aerobics with Keemo and it was so much fun. A special mention to Keemo, Thomas, Zizo and Ahmed for making our experience so amazing everyday! We also booked quad biking with the resort and it was one of the best activities we did which I highly recommend. A big thank you to Aladdin for his help and for making our experience so enjoyable, as well as Galal and Abdul. We didn’t manage to catch his name but the night shift main receptionist was so friendly and helpful :) We will definitely be visiting again next year.

Amazing holiday staying at Fort Arabesque. We stayed in West Bay but the whole place is lovely. Food, staff, rooms, location all superb. We had 3 rooms, 2 of which were standard and one premium. All rooms were lovely but the locati9n of the premium room was ideal for the swimming pool (adult one). We stayed all inclusive and the choice was brilliant. We never had any bad food, the choice was brilliant. Staff were all lovely and friendly. They use local products for alcohol and they changed the vodka which wasn't great but all soft drinks are branded and supplied as you need. Nice little shops in the hotel but always negotiate the price! Will definitely be back and will reccomend to friends.

We’re half way through our month long stay in this stunning resort and I just have to say it’s been FANTASTIC so far. Wonderful weather even in January. Our room is beautifully cleaned each day by a caring staff team and the food is terrific - although I may have to go on a strict diet on my return to the UK. Although most reviews of this resort are positive, there seem to be one or two moaners. I really don’t recognise any of their concerns. Still two weeks to go but we are so charmed by this lovely place that we’re seriously considering doing again next year, and the year after etc etc

Bought this as an Easyjet holiday package via Hays. Went to the West Bay area as this is adults only - and pleased to say this is politely enforced - even on the beach. The hotel was very clean and the food was interesting and varied. We stayed 10 days and didn't start to feel bored - which can happen on all inclusive holidays. That was lucky because we did try booking a romantic meal at the Beach bar, but they seemed to loose our reservation and didn't seem that interested. So we stuck to our main restaurant where people like Mostaf and Ated looked after us .... Mohamad cooked us omelets every day and Youssef kept order! Down at the beach Abel Nasr kept us supplied with fresh towels and sorted out beach beds for us. The snorkelling was an unexpected bonus. There is a wonderful reef right off the hotel beach, and all manner of other watersports available nearby. Unlike western hotels, there was no information in the room on possible sports activities ... the spa trea**ents (even those available in the hotel) etc. No health issues during our stay. Hurghada is not the best airport and the visa area and passport control is just bonkers! We never found our private transfer and after 45 mins hanging around ended up renting a taxi. But thats pretty standard for Egypt.

We stayed for the first time at the fort in a swim up villa, despite the price it was worth every penny, we had peace and quiet apart from the noisy animation team at the hotel next door one day but the desk staff were kind enough to ring the hotel next door and ask them to tone it down the rooms were beautiful and clean and our room boys took real good care of us in room 65. Thank god for the lift though between floors 3 and 4 the walking got a bit much the lazier we got so we had room service several times, which I can highly recommend the pasta dish was to die for and we still talk about it now. Only complaints was it was difficult to get a table at club 159 during the afternoon but I understand they have made it bigger since we left so hopefully that will solve that problem before we arrive again in 298 days (tooooo long ) also the French toast was absolutely disgusting and needs removing off the breakfast menu at the pavilion and a greater selection of pastries and donuts wouldn’t go amiss. Other than that the food was of a high quality and we were really pleased with our stay, it’s just a shame that the walk to the west bay buffet is so far away so we only tried that once. The staff her are very friendly as are most Egyptians and this is why we return to Egypt year after year. Thank you for your hospitality and we will see you again soon

Spatious rooms and kings beds makes your sleep comfy. I just came back from 2 weeks holiday and feel sorry that I couldnt be longer. Beach, reef for snorkeling mamy bars, good food and great Animation Team as well as all the staf made my stay memmorable. Helen ,Sandra, Bibo and Zizu and others made the evening program entertaining. Very frienly staff in restaurants and bars. I felt welcome. Thank you all.

It was my first time at the Fort Arabesque but definitely not the last. I was traveling with a friend and we both had a wonderful vacation. We really enjoyed the beautiful beach and the wonderful hotel complex with the palm trees and the flowers. Had an amazing time with Sandara and Helen from animation team for the morning stretching and pilates. But all the others from team Animation was awesome as well. With they're always friendly, happy and motivating nature. I am not that good with names so I can't remember all of them but I hope nobody feels left out. Our room was in a relative new building in West Bay and it was always neat and clean. I will definitely come back to the fort and maybe I learned something from team animation so I can send some friends aswell. Thanks for make my vacation so memorable.

Fantastic staff, incredible beach, a lovely safe place to relax. The premium all inclusive food is incredible and it really is the best we have ever experienced in Egypt. I really don’t have much more than praise for the Fort. The only thing I would love to be added to is the pool in West Bay. The West Bay pool and sun beds desperately need renovating. There is a large open space next to the pool and I often wished that there was a nice big modern pool there, it would really make the stay perfect and give it the luxurious feel that you hope for with adults only and premium. Having spoke to many guests during my visit it was expressed that a larger, more luxurious pool with a pool bar for West Bay would really improve things. As it stands, there are pools in East Bay of this standard, as well as the jungle pool. However, these can be difficult to get to with mobility issues, have children around them or are very very cold. In April, there was one heated pool in East Bay (the one with the pool bar), however it was crowded with children playing ball and was really loud. There was one additional pool that was heated but this is out of the way and of similar standard to the West Bay pool. Of course, if this is what you were expecting it’s fine, but when you pay the premium for adults only and premium all inclusive it’s sad to only have a small, run down rectangular pool to swim in. Luckily, however, the beach is really beautiful so I choose to swim in the sea despite the cold and fear of jellyfish haha, however as a swimmer I would really love the have the option of a nice pool. Overall however I would highly recommend the Fort. It has the best beach, the best staff, the best food and is consistently making adjus**ents and aiming to improve the resort wherever possible.
