Empire Hotel Aqua Park

A good hotel, excellent and friendly staff, there are daily animations, delicious food, there is a bar with delicious cold and hot drinks. Clean rooms, beautiful sea with sea inhabitants, two beaches. The hotel is within easy reach of other shops

What a tragedy. We were at the Empire Aqua Park hotel, and while part of the staff is really nice—like the two gentlemen serving drinks in the dining area—the man standing in the middle of the dining room observing everything (probably a manager) was rude. In every other hotel, you can take food with you for longer trips, so we wanted to make sandwiches since we wouldn't be at the hotel during that time, and we had paid for meals, so we should have the right to use them. We even received instructions from the travel agency to do this. The man came over, started yelling at us, questioning us, and then accusing us of lying and saying he didn’t believe us. He barely spoke English, so we didn’t really understand what he was asking. This kind of "all-inclusive" service makes it a problem to take a few sandwiches for an all-day trip. Of course, you have to pay an extra $30 for a better room—this hotel is a disaster.

Ahmed Nassif is an outstanding employee and an exceptional waiter at the Empire Hotel. His dedication and service are truly commendable. It's disheartening to hear that a manager chose to humiliate him in front of guests, displaying unprofessional behavior. Ahmed's reaction was understandable given the disrespectful treatment he received. The guests' support for Ahmed speaks volumes about his character and the inappropriate conduct of the management. It's crucial for the Empire Hotel to address these issues and ensure a respectful work environment for all employees. Ahmed has our full support!

So… The Empire Beach hotel resort. Dec 2024. About 25-27 temperature in December about 5 less than 2018 Hurghada and no soil age smell like I remember in 2018 (different hotel area in Hurghada). It’s a basic room. But please read to the end. It’s a basic room. Beds comfortable. The grounds are “kept”. By gardeners and there is a significant beach or two owned by hotel. Kid friendly. Fun. Lots of Russians or all inc people anyway. Beach bar is a problem. It gets busy “it’s the beach bar” and 3 days it ran out of beer. An all inc running out of beer??? The reception managers eyes told embarrassment it took me to walk to reception to notify them?? But I had to notify them every single time. * The reception (nice chap) who sent me to restaurant manager (nice chap also) didn’t help last time when he told me go other bars… as his restaurant beer is different to beach bar beer. Ffs I’m on holiday. Just give me a plastic glass with 0.2 pint of beer in. Unnecessary. And may make a difference in my recommendation at end…. * So it’s tired. Very. It’s ok. The rooms ARE basic but any issues reception will try to put right. The food…. Blaaaaa it’s ok. I could live on quite happily one week. The bar nonsense IS A CONCERN… Want people to buy all inc and conveniently run out of alcohol every day??? Na. That’s not the deal!!! I think it’s a hotel in decline run by people WHO CARE. They try to put things right but they have constraints. I’ll say this. But I would return to this hotel. But why pay all inc when next door a pint glass beer is 80p and a burger and chips £2.20?? If you want to provide all inclusive. Deliver all inclusive. Excellent staff. Lovely staff. Deliver all inclusive or else…. .
